The design and planning of the kitchen have given me the kitchen space I dreamed of; the quality of the units is top-notch; the worktop was perfectly fitted with great attention to tiny detail, including chamfered edges and rounded corners; and the craftsmanship in the joinery, painting and electrics has elevated the kitchen to "bespoke".

So why only 4 stars? Communication wasn't always satisfactory and the job took considerably longer than originally agreed (it didn't alter the budget though).

Having said that, the end product is definitely worth the wait. Steve and Mark in particular are fantastically skillful and helpful and take personal pride in producing excellent results. Jon was on hand - even messaging me late in the evening or early morning - to ensure that everything was totally completed to my satisfaction.

I would definitely use them again because at the end of the day, it's the quality of the finished job that will stay with me!

I am very happy to say "really good job, well done" to Jon and Noel and their team for designing and constructing our en-suite bathroom so successfully during January/February. The tradesmen engaged had to work within our home whilst we were still in residence. They always respected our privacy and throughout worked cleanly and conscientiously to produce a result to be proud of. Thanks guys!

We used JB Designs for both the bathroom and kitchen on one of our building projects, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. From the initial design phase through to supply and delivery, everything was handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism.

Jon and the team did go above and beyond throughout the whole process of choosing and fitting our new kitchen. We had a few ups and downs along the way but I always felt I could talk to Jon and he was quick to resolve any issues. I've been really impressed with the quality of the product so far and had lots of compliments. I would happily recommend them.

The customer service throughout the planning and implementation was excellent. Jon Hammond was always very responsive and easy to get hold of if there were any queries or issues. He was also very helpful, patient and practical during the planning stage and selection of products which ensured I got exactly what I was after. Considering the installation is carried out by a fairly large building company there was hardly any down time and the job went pretty smoothly. The quality of the work was generally excellent but if I have one suggestion it would be for the bathroom to be given one final good clean before doing the final sealant job and handing back to the owner. Apart from that I now have the bathroom I always wanted and I'm delighted with it!

Ben & the team have been 100%! We went to JB Designs to get a quote for a new bathroom suite and the service we received has been fantastic. Ben went through our ideas making suggestions & designed and quoted it all up for us more than once.

When it came to the installation Ben came along to the house to talk us through the steps & the team of installers are a great team, very courteous and polite, they took great care of the installation with no mess and were really considerate of our newly decorated house.

All snags were done with no fuss & finished to a good finish.

Recently had a kitchen designed and supplied by the guys at JB Designs. I must say a very daunting project was made to feel very less stressful; the service and attentiveness was faultless from start to finish and I can’t thank Jon and Ben enough. The fitting team we had were great and we are really happy with the finished product and the fact everything was in house. Will be recommending to friends and family!

I have had three bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom designed by the brilliant Ben at JB Designs. The bathrooms have exceeded my expectations, the designs are fabulous and the whole process has been completely stress free. Ben has listened carefully to my somewhat inarticulate thoughts and transformed them into beautiful bathrooms giving me everything that I want and more even pointing out pitfalls in terms of cleaning and future maintenance. I cannot rate Ben and his colleague Jon highly enough, nothing is too much trouble and turn around times are superb - they even helped me out with working out tiling measurements on a Saturday when I was up against it and getting no response from my builders.

JB designs = quality kitchens! Got my flooring from them at a great price too. Highly recommend.
