Jawel Paints Omdömen 

Well I bought some spray paint for my motorbike. It's a candy colour so two stage. They have sent the wrong colours and accuse me of using them wrong. I've painted motorbikes in candy colours before and know how they work. They now say I have to send back the tins at my expense to check them. I'm quite sure they will again say its my fault but I will update this as it unfolds. But if they refuse any refund then I am going to small claims because too many big companies get away with this.

Red high temperature paint is terrible. Just does not go hard even after heat . Rest of your paint is great.

Top quality paint and excellent service

I ordered a large batch of materials @ 11.40am and it was delivered within 24 hrs.

None of the contents were damaged and everything present and correct.

I cant comment of the quality of the product yet but have no reason so far to expect it to be sub-standard.

I'll up-date this review if I have any issues.

scam artists

I purchased the 7.5l Matt clearcoat to paint my truck. When I received it both the hardener and the lacquer tins were damaged with the lacquer one leaking. Despite the packaging having no visible damage at all they tried to blame it on the couriers. After mixing the lacquer well and adding the hardener and thinners I sprayed my panels and what do you know they came out crystal clear it was like looking in a mirror. I sent them a message through eBay and never heard back from them. I most definitely will not be using them again.

Free paint match claims the website...Well i tell you why it's because they don't bother to do anything with the sample you send them? I sent a sample had to chase up a week later then the next day had a phone call saying it had been scanned discussed how much paint i wanted etc then guy said he'd do a quote to which i heard nothing for 4 days so i phoned and a guy said he would chase it up took my number and yup that's right nothing?? I'm not contacting them again and they won't be getting any future custom from me either their rubbish...

Jawel paints insulted me by treating me like an idiot and also sending paint which was A, either loaded in the wrong cans. B,wrongly labelled. C, wrong colour then said I had applied it in the wrong order, where I am a tradesman and followed instructions from other professional tradesman painters, then as I say made me out to be an idiot and now dont give any further contact or help with a solution other than saying take it to a professional paint shop to have it painted, PERHAPS IF I HAD BEEN SENT THE CORRECTLY MARKED PAINT OR EVEN THE CORRECT COLOUR THIS WOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED, VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SITUATION.

I read all the reviews on jawel paints, there was quite a few bad ones. My first dealings with them, they're details of products are wrong, they show it comes with one thing, but it doesn't, , dont get me wrong. I will use them again.. but I'll check the order properly next time.
