I trusted to receive a great quality pair of Authodic shoes ( as advertised), and yet I received an ugly cheap vinyl copy nothing like the photo.
I was promised a refund but was ghosted. You can't call them so now I know why.
Save your money.

Do not trust this company complete scam artists. Ripped a friend off money for shoes never received. And they don't even care who they rip off. Absolutely disgusting.

An error with my original order meant I received the wrong size shoes. Within hours I had great response from Kate in Customer Service and she organised replacement, correctly sized shoes. Now I am wearing the shoes, have great toe space ( the reason for choosing the style) and I’m very happy. Add in being able to give the original shoes to a friend and receiving $10 off my next order - perfect service.

Do not trust this supplier. I ordered two shirts online and received them two weeks later with the following problems:
Design not as shown on advertisement.
Fabric no same as shown on advertisement
Both shirts not size as ordered
Both shirts did not have manufacturing labels as
required by Australian law
Request for return and full refund ignored

Good failed to arrive. They said could not be delivered. I checked address and was correct. They want me to contact courier on an international phone no. They dispatched the goods so they should chase up the delivery. I have now lodged a fraudulent claim with my Bank.

Took 3 weeks
Not Happy with the shoes, plastic Chinese made.
Did not have size noted inside the shoe and were too big. I contacted support and spoke with Kate who was very nice she stated they would give me a full refund.

Came from China...cheap non-orthopaedic shoes and sent the wrong size....requested a return sticker and refund...refused
After toing and froing told to keep shoes and get a 50% refund..finally accepted this and treat it as a loss..
NEVER deal with these crooks

I order shoes I knew I was going to have issues when they were lagging on communication I asked for a refund I still haven’t received one. My shoes I ordered are cheap plastic and came from China I’m going to be posting a video on tic Tok showing the shoes I received and the email saying they would refund me my money but lied and I am out of pocket $64.00 dollars for something I could have bought from TEMU for 10 bucks

Great website,easy shopping. I was treated really friendly. Delivery was fast and reliable.

Kate was fantastic to deal with. I was a bit annoyed about the delay but they got to me and all was good. Also they were always there to respond to my queries

Fantastic customer service. Even though the product didn't suit my needs. The staff member Kate offered a great solution. It was nice that the got onto the issue straight away 😀

Purchased a pair os shoes took a while to get here they arrived on 21.9.26 not in a box sqaushed in plastic wrap and bag .they looked ok .On trying them on one fits and the other the back strap is longer so it keeps falling off .So not good and they are cheap chinese rubbish emailed company to organise fefund or replacement have not had a reply still waiting sent photos with email donot trust this company

Received my sneakers today and I went on 5km walk, OMG absolutely so comfortable, excellent quality and stylish, well worth the wait, they are excellent all round.
Kate from Customer service was exceptional, her quick response and helpful manner I just cannot fault, I ordered the wrong size and within 24hrs my new sneakers were ready to be shipped to me.
I ordered White & Black and will definately be ordering another colour.

Great shoes. Wonderful customer service. The responses straight away and dealt with my sizing straight away. I can’t speak highly enough of them. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great service Emailed company about my shoes not sure how long they would take to arrive after 10 days, They got back to us within 1 hour explained they are on their way with a tracking number and they did arrive 2 days later. Very happy will buy more shoes when needed.

Poor quality, misadvertised products. No customer service. Avoid this company.

I have sent a couple of emails in regards to returning some shoes and there has been no reply or acknowledgment of these emails. You only have a certain period of time to return the goods.

Products are not what they are advertised as. I ordered a blouse that was advertised as cotton blend. When I finally received a long delayed delivery, the material was 100% polyester, no other label as to who made the item.
Contacted them with no reply. The delivery specified 3-5 working days. It took them 5 weeks with a promise of a 20% discount for the delay. Didn’t see a cent. Since the delivery I have contacted them about the material used and the false advertising with no reply!
I would not recommend buying from this Sydney company.

Response to my emails were prompt and problem was actioned immediately. Very efficient and friendly
