I'm a Solicitor and recently dealt with JAR Residential as managing agents for the property. This was not the easiest of transactions, with the Buyer's Solicitor raising endless enquiries. Most of these had to be referred back to JAR Residential and I was fortunate there to be dealing with Chloe Newman-White. Chloe dealt with all of my enquiries quickly and competently, and without Chloe's assistance I am certain the sale would have taken a lot longer than it actually did. Many thanks.
