My kids absolutely love Japanese snacks and pop culture. JapanHaul had so many unique items from which to choose. Pricing was reasonable for imported goods and shipping was easy to track.
Great snacks - many that can't be found anywhere else. Fast shipping, careful packaging. Unlike some other importers, products are not close to (or past!) expiration date.

I ordered a package and it hasn't come
I ordered a package and it hasn't come. It has been past the maximum time given for delivery, and all costumer service will say is that it shipped, and it can receive a refund when it is return to them for nondelivery. What is my recourse if something else has happened- if it was stolen or lost in a post office warehouse somewhere? Nothing I am just out of my money.

I ordered some snacks five months ago and I am still waiting for them. Their "pandemic delay" excuse is a bunch of bs because literally my package of every other country has already arrived even using the slowest shipping method. 5 months. what the actual f are they doing.

It was a good experience
It was a good experience, and the support team are amazing. My package was delayed due to COVID-19 in Japan customs, and then it was so much time in Spain's customs that it was returned to the sender. Japanhaul got the package back, and we decided not to try again until this situation was fixed. They refunded everything I paid except the shippment, of course. The comunication all the time was nice and fluid ^-^ ♥

Great customer service
There was a delay with my delivery being a few weeks later than it should have arrived and I was worried about getting my delivery when I read all the bad reviews, but I contacted JapanHaul and got a reply the next day. Monica was really helpful and gave me assurance when my delivery should get to me, literally after a few days after contacting them I received my order! So happy with the customer service :)

Pricy but great quality
I would say great stuff but slightly on the pricier side. You can get this for cheaper elsewhere as well but if you don’t mind paying that extra, then this is for you. Plus super fast shipping
