One of the grey shirts had the pocket sewed in on the inside of the shirt also upside down
I have returned the shirt but heard nothing back from yourselves.

Hello ; we perplexed why you left a review when you made no attempt to contact us to resolve the issue. WE found a parcel and a shirt returned but you had NOT sent back the order or any kind of paperwork telling us who it was from. We ship 50 - 100 Shirts a day , so there is no way for us to identify who the return was from.
I feel its it unfair for you to simply leave a review without even giving us the opportunity to correct a problem .
We have replaced the shirt and sent a new one. We also tried to contact you several times but no reply. Shirt was delivered on 16th June 2023
Indeed the initial shirt sent to you had a issue.... nothing was ripped... but the pocket was sewn inside out.... which was indeed our manufactures fault... but these things happen and everyone is allowed mistakes ....the important thing is how we resolve any issues .
you will also see all our other reviews have nothing less than 4 to 5 Stars .

The idea of including samples of your fabric with each shirt is what got me to order 6 more after I got the first "trial" shirt... the colours look different on the monitor, and having the real thing in my hand made it easy to order more shirts! Keep it up!

One of the very best companies I have ever dealt with!
The quality of the shirts I purchased is outstanding, seriously incredible. They look fabulous, plus they wash and iron so perfectly. Quality flows throughout this company from order to arrival, even beautifully packaged. Value for money is incredible too! You would think these shirts cost £100 plus each, and I know as my husband has many that cost a small fortune! :-)

Excellent quality shirts. I particularly like how generous they are in the sleeve and tails. I’ve always bought extra long shirts in the past, no need with these.

I bought 2 x Elizabeth Stripe button-down shirts for my partner. I followed their advised sizing guide and was not disappointed with the quality and fit of the shirts. More importantly neither was he!!

This is the second time when I buy this brand of shirts for my husband. First time, I bought them based on reviews.
Excellent quality abd wash and wear very well. Colour maintained:Yellow and green are the same as when bought, despite veing worn. Size fits excellent. I initially bought 2 shirts as present for my husband few years ago. Worth every penny. the second buy did not disappoint the same extraordinary quality and attention to detail. This time i bought short sleeve, Oxford style. I would highly recommend it.

I ordered 3 oxford button down shirts
I ordered 3 oxford button down shirts. They are packed well and come with a sample pack of the other colours available.
I like the fabric weave, a nice thickness giving a quality feel. They iron well and resists creasing.
A minor criticism was that there were quite a few loose stands that I needed to cut back and I had a couple of minor fabric defects.
However I reported this to the seller who offered a replacement shirt.
I was very happy with the value and quality regardless of this and bought 2 more with the additional free shirt.
This is why I'm still giving 5 stars, for the price they're a bargain.
I went for large and I'm 6ft tall and 14 stone and it's a nice fit.
