Very happy with the quality and excellent service. 4 stars only because I ordered without realising that what I was ordering was not a slim or tapered fit shirt which I normally purchase,consequently, I will need to try to get altered otherwise I won't be comfortable wearing it. A bit of a shame but my fault entirely for not checking full details advertised.

Delivery of well packaged parcel was quicker than expected , shirt material was excellent. shirt fit was as expected and good discount ( 3 shirt order) appreciated.

As soon as I received the fascinator it looked amazing but then when I tried it on it fell to pieces the little comb attached to it just by a small tiny circle tad of glue barely holding it to the fascinator came off therefore couldn’t use the fascinator as in wear it nothing to attach it to the head at all plus the long stick of feathers sticking out also detached itself from the fascinator coming off and also came off it seems like the whole thing was made poorly just by specs of glue sticking it together which doesn’t last the whole thing come apart as soon as I got it and not fit for purpose. Ruined my day as needed a fascinator just before it arrived. I was left the only person without a fascinator to an event which fascinators must be worn left very embarrassed wasted my money. caused me more grief than anything spent money for a fascinator that I didn’t receive. It was more use having as an ornament to look at, out of pocket and attending an event that I couldn’t cancel last minute, I never felt so embarrassing all my life, but with such last minute there was nothing else I could do.

Received the wrong colour as to what I ordered and the event is in two days contacted the company they are sending the right colour out for next day delivery and told me to keep the other colour !! Fast response and good quality item customer service is excellent . Well the 2nd fascinator never did surface went to the wedding with out anything in my hair ! Disappointed is not the word

I bought 2 coloured formal shirts 6 months ago. Quality as good as my normal nd more expensive shirtmaker. They've been worn regularly including in temperatures of up to 35C. They are still as comfortable and look as good as when first worn.

Regarding customer services; there was a glitch in delivery (couriers fault) which was speedily and efficiently delt with. Thank you Paresh.

I once needed the shirts quickly but delayed placing the order. To my surprise, they arrived the next day without any additional charges—truly impressive and such a relief. Not only are the quality of shirts first class (3rd purchase) and the value for money amazing but the service is also brilliant. I really liked the shirts when they arrived. I'm tall so have to order 2XL for the 46" chest but only have a 36" waist. The slimmer fit of these shirts was great.
Then I washed them, at 30 degrees as per the instructions. They shrunk so much, lost about an inch on the sleeves. I can only wear them with the cuffs rolled up now. Really disappointed.
