Great service..my order (Jane travel system + other accessories) was delivered within 3days of ordering online, which other brands could not do. I did not get to test/see the products in store before buying due to personal circumstances but the quality is as advertised, I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Jane products via Johnston to anyone considering. I will buy other products from Johnston retailer in near future as my baby needs change, I'm due in next few days! :)

Great service. Given delivery date when ordering, delivery was as scheduled and car seat arrived extremely well packed. Great quality seat, big and heavy but will last for. years.

My Trider buggy is amazing, I do an incredible amount of off roading with it and it’s still going strong even after nearly 2years! I also got it in a car seat bundle, all so easy to use and the lay flat car pod was extremely handy on long journeys! 100% recommended

I bought a Jané travel system last year for my first child. I liked the idea of a reclining car seat for my newborn so we wouldn't need to move him if he fell asleep in the car and we wouldn't have to many items either. The value I have to say is pretty good. Mostly resistant, although a couple of zips broke easily, we are still using both the buggy and the car seat. We found a bit difficult to learn how to fold and handle the bits as some parts get stuck sometimes wich can be stressful with a young child waiting on you. I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to friends but it does the job

Jane has always provided me with an excellent service and experience . It he first time I bought a pram was in 2013 and the quality of push chair was fabulous - I was so impressed and the detailed website . Recently I have bought another one for my second baby and I just have to say the service was amazing! I emailed them as I had a couple more questions and they were so quick and detailed with their response!! The quality their strollers is still high! We love ours!! I’m hoping they will have more options of pushairs or am adapter for a newborn and toddler as I’m due again!! Thank you Jane for a great experience

By far the best brand for common-sense design. Whilst items can be on the heavy side, it's easy to get the baby in and out with upsetting him or her.

I also find the wheels on the pushchairs can cope with a bumpy farm track and still look good after a winter and summer of use.

Ordered Jane bundle with delivery to France. Customer service was super helpful and everything was delivered super fast. So happy with service and in love with my Jane Kawai.

Our first buggy was a Jane (matrix and epic buggy combined) and it was the best !! We have had a few since (Nipper, icandy) but none have come close in terms of features (extra storage space, flexible footrests, ease of use) ! Would definitely recommend the buggy to all !! Wish they also did twin buggies !!!

We originally ordered a Jane Matrix Light 2 lie-flat car seat after we found out that our child had complex medical needs and needed to change our other brand seat. The customer service team that helped us with some various additional bits/information/customer care were outstanding and helped no end when we needed them the most. The service was so good that we ended up buying 3 more products from them as our children grew.

I have purchased a bedside crib for my newborn baby few days back and it was an amazing experience with JP. I compared the same with some e-comm sites and there I saw a lot of hidden info (like fitted sheet etc) but here I found everything with so much clarity. Delivery was also quick and intact.
