All round great
Ordered Skechers in 2 sizes as wasn't sure which to get. Parcel arrived quickly and had the correct items in. The returned pair were refunded 2 days after I sent them back. The price of the shoes bought was good too. All been great.

Member of staff very very rude in Stockport shop 3/05/23 when I was prepared to spend £200 on pair of shoes. Walked out won’t be going back.

Don't bother buying from here they take your money but expect a 20 percent discount to be ok on a pair of trainers less than a week old where the leather has come off the front scuff or not for 52 pounds and that's for a child's pair is disgusting . Never again

Fantastic company!
Fantastic company!! Dr Martens were in the sale and in my size, they were sold out elsewhere! Ordered on friday and were here on monday! I also received update emails and texts! Will definitely use this company again! Highly recommend! Thanks again Jake Shoes!

Great service and fast shipping
I ordered a pair of Dr Martens from their website on Jan 14 and it reached me, from the UK all the way down to New Zealand on Jan 31 ! Fast shipping with tracking and signature, takes PayPal for more safety, ships in 24hrs after the order was put through ! Ticks all the boxes so I recommend :)
