Absolutely amazing service from browsing to delivery. Great selection of sandals at fab prices. Paid for next day delivery & they were delivered on time. Sandals are perfect & I’ll be buying from Jake Shoes in the future. Highly recommended.

Jackshoes appear to be based in China and have a very slow delivery process and a complicated returns policy. We are an independent, family-owned shoe shop based in Greater Manchester and offer next-day and 48hr delivery services with Royal Mail, and easy returns and exchanges up to 28 days after you have received your shoes.

Great service from Jake Shoes. Manchester based retailer. I have been searching for a pair of Uggs my daughter wants but couldn’t find any available in her size. Came across Jake Shoes who had her size late on Saturday evening. Bought them there and then, received confirmation of order and invoice immediately and the boots were with me by Wednesday, very well packaged and in perfect condition. Very pleased and will use again.

Ordered some Dr Martens sandals. My order was processed quickly with regular email updates on the status of my order which was delivered within 48hrs on a tracked delivery service. Fantastic Service
I ordered around 4.30pm on Sunday and have not long received my order, delivered by Royal Mail. I have had 2 pairs (1 Navy, 1 Pink) of the Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 before and knew exactly what I had ordered. Thank you very much for your prompt service, packaging was quite funky too 😂 x
