Hi I placed an order on the 31st of August that I needed for an occasion. I emailed numerous of times and no response. I finally recieved the order today. I was actually appalled and disgusted with my order. It was cream with brown pokidots and not to mention the quality was disgraceful when online as advertised was white with black pokidots. The outfit advertised was nothing like what I recieved!i waited for nearly two months for this order. I should have been refunded considering the length of time it took.

Ordered two dresses from their website.
Arrived but just didn't suit. Emailed to request returns slip as was advised to do on their website when requiring a return of item. I first emailed on 2nd Oct again on the 6th and 7th Oct to receive radio silence. This company's customer care is non existent and I and would strongly advise people not to purchase from them. This is very frustrating especially when you have spend over 100euro on dresses. A response from this company on this is required ASAP!!

SCAMMMM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are dishonest scammers. I tried to return an item because I found out they bought it from Amazon for a fraction of the price and tried to up sell it to me. Awful quality. But they told me to return it to China. The return cost me €25 and they don’t send you the refund money!
Worst online shopping experience ever.

So I was looking for a birthday dress, I went through multiple websites(and I literally mean 100s of them) Iooked at almost 300+ dresses. I’m turning 24 next month so I wanted something really special this year. This particular dress stuck on to me for the longest time. I mean I couldn’t get over it at all. I am so so happy that I made the right choice. It’s the most unique dress I saw out there. Love it!!!

Do not order from this drop ship setup unless you want to pay double for what you can get on Shein. Products are from China. Takes weeks for delivery for cheaply made poor quality clothing.

The website was easy to navigate and there was help on the website to ensure you found your perfect fit.

Absolutely shocking company advice is not to buy anything from them. They are not in Malahide as stated on website, they are based in China. Bought a dress… shocking material very cheap made dress cost €49.99 cost me €15 to post back for a refund

This website has a Dublin address but returns have to be sent to China. The items are very poor quality and not as advertised. Delivery is not as stated on the websites. The entire website is misleading and I would NOT recommend purchasing from them.

I had such a good experience purchasing off this website it was so easy and straightforward the whole way, I also loved the sizing help as-well would definitely recommend this website and delivery service is brilliant.

Online shop looks like you are ordering from store in malahide. Shipment comes from china and poor quality.

Seems like a Scam company. Pretending to be Irish based in Malahide. Shipping crap from overseas. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

In response to your reply You're pretending to be based in Dublin, you're shipping from overseas, you're charging customers extortionate fees to return your poor quality products to overseas locations. You should not be allowed to market yourselves as an Irish company when you're not. You're using someone's home address and pretending it's your head office. Your customer service is exceptionally poor and I don't think anyone should buy from you.
