Warning, this site is a scam!! Order placed for a dress never received! No answer to emails, no phone number to reach them... In short, a nice trap for teenagers!

J’ai commandé une robe mais elle n’est pas à ma taille. Les mesures affichés sur le site ne sont pas correcte. Depuis 1 mois j’essaie d’effectuer un retour sans nouvelles de leur part malgré les multiples relances. Je me vois dans l’obligation de garder la robe sans remboursement ni échange.

I bought a dress and it was a very nice one.
Good in quality and very beautiful even though it took long to deliver.

It just was to small for me, so I decided to return it and buy a size up.
I wrote several emails for my return, but this return confirmation email is never coming.
Now i have bougt two dresses one that i have to return bcs does not fit, and the other which may never come in time for my event.
Im out ca. 300€
This service do really need to check their email

The experience started off really great with the customer service. I placed my order to the wrong address within an hour this was resolved by the team. I am grateful for the quickness to the response and how nice they were. I got my package a day later than expected shipping days but wasn’t a big deal. The dress in my package arrived without any issues. Amazing fit and nice design. True to size.

Not gonna lie, Support was 100/10 but the dress looked so pretty in person.

Stunning dress and I loved it instantly.

Love this brand, amazing dresses and quick service from Renia with my order. First time buying and won’t be the last, nice updates of delivery throughout with several emails sent and tracking available at each stage of the order. The only thing that could be improved if I’m being critical is the packaging as my 4 dresses the parcel cmae a little ripped from transit. But dresses inside were in perfect condition so all ok. I’m a very happy buyer and also just to say the quality and cut and style of the bandage dresses they offer on the site is outstanding (I bought 2 of these bandage style dresses). Really really amazing quality. Way better than from what I’ve purchased from other sites. 5/5

I am extremely disappointed with this webshop. I ordered a dress a month ago worth €105, but it still has not been shipped and has not arrived.

I have now contacted customer service three times, but I still haven’t received any response at all. You are simply being ignored. Because of this delay, I even had to attend an important event without the dress.

I strongly advise against ordering from this website. There is a high risk that your order will never arrive and that you will receive no response to your messages. I have now lost €105 and received nothing in return. This website is absolutely not trustworthy. Very poor service and definitely not recommended.

Gorgeous dresses for amazing quality and reasonable price. I got the gold Izabela maxi dress which has some weight to it because of all the sequins but it has a perfect fit and is a show stopper of a dress. I got so many compliments wearing it at my birthday party and it looks beautiful in all the photos. Couldn’t of asked for a better dress. Also it looks exactly like the photos but kind of even better as the sequins in real life just show even more and in photos with flash it’s just unreal. Also quick thanks to Renia and Kassandra, who helped me with questions I had about tracking updates communication from support was brilliant.

Horrible customer service. Needed to make a return , sent numerous emails with pictures of the return through the return portal and no response ever. Sent follow up emails stating no reply, and still no reply. Guess I have to keep this $160 dress that looks like it came from Party City.

Customer service was so quick and helpful. Honestly, they made everything feel easily.

I ordered 3 dresses for prom and the service is amazing! I returned 2 dresses. I just love the way the Renetta looked on me most compared to the other two and the color suited my skin tone the most. The customer service I got from Kendra was great. So easy and effective and also just to say too, each dress I ordered were good quality and true to size. I would 1000% recommend here and will be buying some more dresses for my summer holiday and their beachwear collection looks gorgeous too.

Kendra and Omira were super helpful with my return, they were helpful to assist me. I ordered several dresses and sets and only returned one outfit. Very good customer help team friendly and fast replies , and the dresses I can’t fault them they are all well made and amazing designs. I’m really pleased
