I am so happy that I ordered this bed for my son.

We ordered a cabin bed mid sleeper with desk, we were given notice bed was out for delivery with tracking info, the bed didn’t arrive to the delivery time slot, it showed as bed delivered but we didn’t receive, I contacted this company on eBay where we ordered and Jade quickly responded, she was very attentive and advised she would speak with couriers and get back to us, which she did, she explained what had happened with couriers and asked for a redilivery for the next day, she even checked what time would be suitable for us, she got back to the couriers and then kept us fully updated and that she would monitor, we received our bed to the agreed time, genuine error with the couriers but service was excellent, Jade made sure it was acted upon straight away, bed assembled easy and my daughter very happy.

I purchased a pirate themed tunnel and tent for my sons cabin bed. He loves them.
The tunnel tent was damaged. However once i contacted them, they were quick to respond and sent a replacement all free of charge. Can't ask for more really. Highly recommended
