Extremely negative experience
Beyond belief in the most negative way!
I will never use this company every again.
From start to finish of loan application (and by finish I mean I had to cancel the application) it was 22 days!
I was told my application was unconditionally approved numerous times and going to settlement on several occasions only to be told the next day a totally different story.
Plenty of promises but under delivering in customer service from start to finish.
My file went to who I understand was the highest in the chain at Jade Finance who promised to get the result only to then hand ball me over to the lender they recommended and now have told me via phone call they wished they never used them.
22 days later no outcome. Steer clear of this company and save yourself the brain damage.
If I could give a ZERO star rating that's what I would give them. A big thumbs down from me!
Perhaps they need to train their brokers to a higher standard because what I experienced was something you would expect from an amateur.

Awesome company highly recommended
what an amazing group of people to deal with. this is my second loan with them. Made things so easy, nothing was a problem. I would not hesitate to refer them to my friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

Jade Finance Are Awesome
Jade Finance secured the finance for multiple items of heavy machinery and vehicles for our company. We were the square peg that had to go in the round hole and Luke and Richard from Jade made it happen so our company could go on and keep operating with its new equipment. Such a great resource to have with Jade Finance.
