J-435 Omdömen

Verifierat

Purchased this as multiple reviews stated ‘Best on market’ Delivered with wrong side panel. Wrist jets rattled spoiling quiet enjoyment, only to be told that this is a known issue which is being worked on by they can’t give me a date to fix. High level of insulation advertises lower energy consumption but haven’t used the product as much as I would have liked but still 250kwh over the month.

Main control panel failed within 2 months and the music system a month later.

Overall good tub. However, I had the Jacuzzi 335 and the JLXL prio to this tub and I feel the power of the jets are not as strong on the 435 for some reason

Very pleased with the J-435. Well worth paying the extra for a reputable product. Definitely helps with my Rheumatoid and back fractures. So relaxing.

First class service

Excellent quality jets and manufacturing. Customer service also very good with regular updates throughout the ordering and delivery process. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful looking hot tub with fantastic powerful jets. A spa massage in a tub

Delivered cracked 4 breakdowns in less than a year and comparable models half the price. Service very patchy and faced with the same decision I wouldn’t buy again. A very generous 3 star rating very close to 2 stars

Relaxing and comfortable we upgraded to a lay down position and are really pleased we did.

Great looking and easy to use!

The Jacuzzi itself is great but Jacuzzi service severly lets it down. I have been holding off reviewing to give them a chance to correct the faults but almost 6 months in one of the rear speakers still isn't working (from new) and still awaiting the redesigned jets. The latest engineer to visit swapped out the speaker with a working spare he had on his van but there was still no sound. He tried two new receivers but neither would connect. He said that he would order a new wiring loom and receiver in addition to the speaker and anticipated a two week delivery. The next day Jacuzzi service closed my complaint saying that it had been resolved and I have heard nothing since! Not very good for a premium product.

Looks great and very much enjoying the purchase!

Verifierat

It is very good quality and everything is so adjustable to suit both of us

Numerous faults from start to date

Looks good and a nice place to refresh your body. Plenty of options and comfortable seating arrangements. After sales very good, however, water treatment is difficult. In general use approximately 12kwh per day, draining/cleaning operations approximately 30kwh.
