Daren was excellent. He arrived on time. Fixed the problem. Explained to us how to work the swim spa. He had an excellent manner, friendly and efficient. We had confidence that he knew how to tackle the problem from the start and he did not let us down. A job very well done. Thank you!

Nightmare to return item …

Spent a lot of money had to use returns for one product. Cost £8 to return. A week later no acknowledgment email no refund. Emailed company - no response 😔

Two weeks later I receive an email after several of mine to say they are looking into it. But nothing further. And still no refund after five weeks

Hot Tub Differences and Help to decide which to purchase

I went in to understand the difference between a few Jacuzzis and the features they have. Steve showed me around the tubs and what the options on each of them were. Steve was very helpful and knowledgable regarding the Tubs and updated me all the way through the installation progress.

Ordered some parts for my J300. Came quick and comprehensively packed.
Good value for money. I will continue to use Jaccuzzi for all my equipment and spare parts.

Customer service is poor. Once you've purchased and have your funds they don't seem to exist. Customer service response is ultra slow. Been waiting 6months for a part

I am extremely pleased with my Jacuzzi and the whole experience from start to finish. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Steven and the team were fantastic. very professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring everything went perfectly.

It’s rare to receive such outstanding customer service these days, but Steven, John, Adams and the team truly went above and beyond. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Jacuzzi. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Too slow rectifying order errors!

I ordered 3 filters and only received 2, raised this with customer services then had to wait another week for the 3rd one with no update or timescale given. Not impressed!

I noticed several cracks in my…

I noticed several cracks in my Hydropool swim spa back in November 2025. Since then, I have spent months chasing both the dealer and the manufacturer through numerous phone calls and emails, yet nothing has been repaired.

I spoke with multiple people at Jacuzzi, and Stacey Raven assured me they would arrange for someone to come out and inspect the crack again. I was then given the engineer’s number, only to receive false promises and no actual appointment to repair the damage. Every week there seems to be a different excuse.

Customer service has been appalling throughout this entire process. As this was purchased on finance, I will now be contacting the finance company to help resolve the situation.
