All ok and very pleased, the hot tub arrived at 8.15 am , but the crane had not been booked , it did not arrive until after 1pm , took the. Shine off the day .

The staff are always on hand to give advice, along with a good selection of chemicals and products to keep spas operating as they should.
They will ring you if a previous out of stock item comes in, so that's a nice touch, and they always remember your name!

Worcester Jacuzzi staff have been fantastic from thr 1st day I set eyes on my dream hot tub until recently when I asked for advice on how to save electricity. The staff a very knowledgeable and go out of their way for me when I visit for products.

Despite the supply issues with new hot tubs (which delayed ours a little but was no fault of the team) the service from Jacuzzi Worcestershire has been excellent. they are responsive and always professional and have been accommodating whenever i have asked for support.

After many years of wanting a Jacuzzi and many visits to the showroom we finally decided to purchase one after all the ups and downs of Covid. We found the staff very helpful and soon decided upon which model would suit us best. We paid the deposit to decide closer to the time if we would take advantage of the credit plans available. A member of staff kept us informed about delivery, (which was quicker then we anticipated due to availability of stock). On the day it arrived the two delivery drivers were very obliging to get the jacuzzi into the correct position, then to fill it and check it once it had been connected to the electrical supply. We have since been back to purchase chemicals and found the members of staff again very helpful. We love using the jacuzzi on a regular basis and couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to go with a reputable supplier.

Jen and Emma were absolutely superb helping us navigate buying our first ever hot tub, a Jacuzzi J225.

Purchased during lockdown, we spent a lot of time researching and talking over the phone. They walked us through the alternatives, running costs, ground preparation and installation requirements and chemicals etc.

All in all, really impressive. A big purchase, and in hindsight the time spent with us to make sure we bought the right tub with ‘no surprises’ has been really appreciated. We’ve got exactly what we were looking for, and everything from purchase to delivery/installation and day to day running has been as exactly expected.

From the initial conversations with the ladies in the office, to the delivery guys, it was a pleasure to deal with Jacuzzi.

We really appreciated the initial conversations and the fact there there was no hard sell. We spoke about the options, our budget and what we wanted out of our tub. We were given great advice and all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We had decided within a few days to proceed with the purchase and placed our order. The ordering process was efficient and again dealt with in a very friendly manner.

We had to wait several months for the tub to arrive but were kept up to date along the process. An installation date was booked and on the day, the staff and tub arrived onsite at the time agreed and was put in place and set up in a timely manor.

The result is a great tub that the whole family enjoy now on a regular basis. We are extremely pleased with our tub and service received and would not hesitate to recommend Jacuzzi and the team based at Webb’s.

The tub took a while to arrive due to Brexit delays and the COVID pandemic but so glad when it arrived as both my partner and I enjoy the therapeutic jets most days. Well worth it!

The staff are really friendly, service was excellent.

Fault was reported on installation, an engineer came out within a week to resolve.

Cannot fault Jacuzzi at all. Would highly recommend.
