Jacks have been fantastic! Very easy to order on their website, very quick delivery and then I realise I should have gone for the next size up. I got an email reply within minute’s, I arranged to send my one back and within 24 hours the perfect Barbour Mens Fontwell gilet arrived. Thank you for truly great communication and brilliant customer service.😊

Great customer service
Ordered on Sunday and didn’t hear anything for a few days. Phoned on the following Thursday and was told they were very sorry but the order in from the supplier was a little late. They offered me a refund but promised they would be with me within a few days if I was happy to wait. Turned up on Tuesday with a free pair of merino wool socks and some boot conditioner. Great customer service and great boots.

Another great purchase from Jacks
Another great purchase for me from Jacks1952.
I ordered a Barbour coat online and only noticed I had ordered the wrong size later. I phoned the shop and a very helpful young man was able to alter the order size and it was sent promptly. A great price for a great stockist. I'll be back (as someone once said).
