Great experience throughout the entire process
This is by far one of the most user-friendly and intuitive application platforms I've ever used. I was impressed by how quickly the process progressed! While the rate offered was a bit higher than expected, and I felt that early settlement fees could be more clearly explained in the contract, overall it was a smooth and positive experience. This company truly thinks outside the box – well done!

Hi just had to write a review about this company there are a lot of companies out there offering payday loans quick cash loans etc but this company has to be one of the best I had three payday loans paying out something like 7 to 800 dollars of fortnight I asked Jacaranda for a loan of $3,000 for some dental work they approved the loan but not only that they paid off all my other loans and gave me one small payment that I have to make every fortnight the process was quick and easy the money was in my bank in minutes and the customer service and follow up are second to none! If you're stuck and you need a loan just be honest with these guys and I'm sure they'll help you out the same way they did me there are actually some companies out there that don't just want to stitch you up but actually try and help you thank you to everyone at Jacaranda I wouldn't go anywhere else for a loan in Australia♥️😊

Let the computers give answer so they can hide behind that excuse
My name is Julie I have had numerous loans through this company and have never missed any payments. I have also paid out all my loans early and put my very expensive car up as collateral and they still declined me without even considering it. I am very dissapointed in this company. I have been an excellent customer and to be treated this way is very bad buisness shame if your looking for respect go elsewhere you won’t get it here notice you answer the good reveiws but got nothing to say to the bad reveiws you get now that’s really bad service maybe people will catch onto that too. Have emailed you my details not sure how this will change anything but am willing to try. Hopefully we can get it sorted as soon as possible because it’s already been over a month ago. I have been working with Jason and come to an agreement that suited us both. Would like to thank Jason for reaching out and going above and beyond to help come to a favourable outcome. The reason for declining was something very simple that was missed in original application. And I am happy to say with the updated information it was a good outcome so thank you Jason for your time and investigation spent helping me through this process much appreciated
