The best company all around!

Reached out to customer service as I dropped my glasses and a screw came out.
They were amazing and sent me a new screw and new lenses.
They are the highest quality glasses I have ever had and the customer service is exceptional.

I’ve never looked so good in my life

I’ve never looked so good in my life. I went from being a solid 6.5/10 to getting offers to star in the next Christopher Nolan movie. I’m not even an actor. It’s incredible how Bisous shades can change your life.

Customer for life

I absolutely love Bisous! The company and the shades!
I found them by chance in a boutique I frequent. I loved them as soon as I tried them on but hesitated when I saw the price because I'm notoriously bad about losing sunglasses. Once I heard about their replacement program, it was a done deal. It was quick and easy to register my purchase and enroll in the program.

I was right to be concerned because sure enough, I lost them a few months later. I reached out to customer support and there was no problem with getting my replacement pair. Customer for life!

As for the glasses themselves, its a quality product. The frames are solidly made and the polarized lenses are very scratch resistant. That said, my favorite part of these glasses is how they're packaged. They come with two cases, two very chic cleaning cloths and a mini screwdriver for maintenance. Its obvious the owners at Bisous enjoy their work and want the customer to have the same joy. Mission accomplished!
