Perfect location and lovely home away from home for our family of 5. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, wonderfully equipped kitchen, quiet street.

We feel very lucky to have been able to call 16 Pembroke Sq our home in London for a week. The house was beautifully decorated and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Communications with Ivy were easy and quick. The location is wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood but still close to shops and bakeries. We truly had a wonderful stay in London. We will be sure to book with Ivy Lettings on our next trip to London.

Ivy team were great to work with. Responsive and solution oriented. The house was absolutely amazing. Perfectly located, walking distance to the museums, Hyde Park and restaurants. Very welcoming, clean and had everything needed to accommodate cooking and living comfortably. It was very well decorated. It was just perfect for our group of 5. I would absolutely recommend Ivy Letting as well as this flat. Can’t wait to revisit!

Wonderful home from which to explore London. No complaints at all.

The neighborhood felt very safe. There are several bus stops within easy walking distance which are well connected to the rest of the city. There are numerous restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and grocery stores within walking distance. The neighborhood was very quiet except for being in the traffic pattern for Heathrow Airport (and that seems to get quiet around 22:00).

The beds and the bedding are comfortable. The bathrooms are larger than most we have seen while travelling England and Wales. Plenty of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Televisions in every room and SkyTV on all of them. Internet worked flawlessly while we were there. Living room furniture was comfortable and provided plenty of seating for the two of us. Washer and dryer worked well, as did the iron.

I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting London.

This flat is in a great location. It is a short walk to the tube in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The only negative is with this flat being a top flat there are a lot of stairs.

Our family loved our stay at Childs Street. The location was perfect. Close to Earls Court station and lots of restaurants yet on a surprisingly quiet street. Beds were comfy, water pressure was amazing and the fans were a nice added touch for the days that the sun came warmed the beautiful kitchen. My favorite spot to relax was the patio! And Ivy Lettings was also very helpful in getting an item back to me that I accidentally left at the house. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property at Comeragh Road was exactly like the description and I felt instantly at home. I could tell the home was loved and the interesting book collection made me feel inspired to read! The apartment looked exactly like the photos and I loved the large dining room table that allowed for lots of room to spread out. This is a rare feature in London! The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the location perfect. It’s situated between two tube stops and nearby to many shops and restaurants.

When spending my precious time and money to come to my favorite city I can no longer gamble on the other rental platform especially when traveling with a young child. I need to know my rental is solidly booked and managed professionally. This is why I will always work with the Ivy team when traveling to London. Great job!

We so enjoyed the flat- it is spacious, bright, well equipped and very comfortable- just as pictured. The building is lovely and the terrace was wonderful on a sunny morning for a warm cup of tea or coffee. It is right on the edge of Notting Hill so convenient to the vibrant streets, as well as to Kensington Garden and the tube. The staff at Ivy Lettings is also responsive, helpful and kind. We are repeat guests and will remain loyal guests! Thank you!

We needed a place in Putney to be near family. Perfect stay for us. A home from home with all the comforts. Excellent location near the river. Communications from Ivy were professional and clear. I would use them again.

I came across Ivy while looking for a flat for a sisters trip. I am so glad I did! What an easy company to deal with. They were prompt with email replies to my random questions. I even received an email verifying I had received the flat information and how to pick up the keys. I would highly recommend Ivy and hope to use them again.

We stayed at Queens Gate II. It was perfect for 3 sisters with 3 beds and 2 baths. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. We felt very safe in the flat. We were told by a server in a nearby pub that things in the area close down at 11 because of the embassies in the area. We were fine with that as it contributed to the safe feeling we had but if you’re looking to party this is the wrong area. It was close to tube stations and the bus stopped right outside, or you can easily walk from this location. The space was very clean which we appreciated. It was also well decorated and felt very spacious. We didn’t really use the kitchen and my sister couldn’t figure out the coffee pot, but that was minimal. We didn’t notice a lot of street noise inside beyond some construction being done directly outside one day. We did hear an upstairs neighbor yelling at his barking dog at various times during the week. We still called it perfect and home for our fabulous trip to London.

Fabulous time. We were five and loved the house at Waterford Rd. Any issues, which were minimal, were addressed promptly. Will certainly use Ivy again!

Our experience with Ivy Lettings and the Collingham Road flat was excellent. The staff is very quick to respond, very professional, and helpful. The flat we rented for eight days was ideal for proximity to transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores. The home has a wonderful outdoor space that really makes you feel like you are part of this vibrant London neighborhood. The home has everything one needs for a short stay. Plus, it's very comfortable and quiet for two friends traveling together. Thank you for a fun experience.

This Kensington flat is utterly charming . The sitting room with its large south facing windows is spacious and equipped with a refectory dining table. This was excellent for me as it served as both a dining area and a place to do all my paperwork. The kitchen is compact and well appointed. This floor has a picturesque view of the terraced Victorian houses behind it with climbing roses and ivy over the back wall from a small patio garden. The bedroom downstairs is quiet and spacious with a comfortable bed. This is a superb location with close proximity to the underground ,local bus lines and Hyde Park .

Clean accommodation with all the amenities including great wifi. Convenient to all the attractions, transit links, restaurants and shops. Great for a family or 2 couples as there are 2 bathrooms. The building was very quiet as well.

We had a wonderful trip to London thanks to Ivy Lettings and our stay at the Hasker Street property. It was perfect for our family of five. We felt very at home and knew that the Ivy group was there if we needed anything. Absolutely loved this beautiful house!

My family (two grandkids, their parents and my wife and I) recently completed a stay at an apartment on Smith Terrace, London. Our experience was five stars for a number of reasons for which there is not enough space to list, but the "headline" reasons would be:
...an absolutely gorgeous apartment a block from King Street, Chelsea, London. The apartment had everything you'd want in a stay. What's so interesting is that the pictures and description does not do the apartment justice. It is far nicer than any description you'll read.
...the best customer service and support I've ever experienced when renting a vacation home/apartment. I was so pleased to see a whole new level of customer support that I had not found when renting from other brands.
