Honestly such a hassle for returns. I returned my items end of March and it’s almost May and I have not been refunded. When I try to chat with a representative they are always unavailable and send you to a email ticket. It’s a nice concept but with such poor customer service I will not be purchasing again

I have shopped with this company for almost 10 years! I have 2 girls and they love to match! They always have the best sales and customer service has been amazing for me. We have worn ivy city for every important milestone! Love this shop!

Terrible return policy. They have a sale and then write in very fine print that it is a final sale. I am now $550 poorer. DO NOT do business with this company. They advertise hassle-free returns. They charge you to return an order. It is relatively easy to find a statement saying yo have 45 days. You do NOT. You have 21 days to get your money back. 45 days for an exchange for store credit. You have to hunt the website to figure out how to even make a return. They are running a big sale but you CANNOT RETURN THE ITEMS. Never buy from them.

They have an outright deceptive return policy — anything "on sale" is actually final sale and can't be returned, so I'm out $150 having bought a couple of sizes to make sure an item fit. Sizing was way off. Have not been able to even reach customer service. Will never buy from this company again, and recommend others avoid.

You can’t return anything that’s discounted 40% off or more. My dress is too small and there’s nothing I can do bc I bought it during a 40% off sale. Reaching out only confirmed that. Order with caution.

Buyer beware- there is a hefty fee for returns, for any reason. My first and last order from this company was a lovely dress that was unfortunately very unflattering so had to be returned. $12 lesson learned. Too many comparable sites that offer better customer service, especially at this price point.

Ordered my wife some boots. They fit a little big so I returned them because they were out of the size we needed. I paid $265 for them to be shipped and I only received a refund for $199. They charged me taxes again and other fees. Don’t buy from them because if you have to return not knowing how their sizes actually fit, you will be charged for purchasing from them. Not a good return policy. I lost $65 dollars because their boots fit bigger and they didn’t have a smaller size. My wife loves their clothes and I was planning on buying several things from them but not anymore. Not good customer service.

so far I didnt received my order although I paid 36$ extra for overnight shipping! Its been already 3 days since I placed the order!! No confirmation, no tracking number, nothing!!!there is also no way to contact them, they wont respond to emails or texts although they say on their website that is the form of communication with them! No options to just call them!! It is unacceptable!! I ordered 3 dresses, spent 370$ and Im started to be worry already! Will I get the dresses that I needed for yesterday or will I be able to get my money back!! Why I have feeling that will be a huge problem! Horrible experience!! will never ever order from them!

I have around ten dresses from ivy city co. All of them have been excellent quality. They are on the pricy side of what I like to purchase, but as a member of the church of jesus Christ of Latter day saints 99% of their clothes are perfect modest. I have returned items that I bought too big or too small and the process was very easy.
I have the Santorini, Colette, Madeline, Naples and more. I love their 60% off sale which is when I do most of my shopping there

no merece ni una estrella por lo menos.. justo ayer 6 de diciembre 2023 recibí mi orden de un vestido , pareciera que hice mi orden en shein, es demasiado caro y muy sencilla la tela , quiero regresar la orden y no quieren, así esque porfavor antes de comprar en esta empresa miren las reseñas.. no lo recomiendo , No compren no tiren su dinero a la basura ..

Definitely one of my favorite brands to shop with! I love how inclusive they are, and their dresses are gorgeous!

The quality is great, I’ve never had any issues with that! I think the prices are reasonable.

I don’t particularly care about the modesty aspect, but I love the dresses. Honestly, would love to see some lower-cut necklines, but I know that’s not what most of their customers probably want.

I love wearing my Ivy City Co dresses to work - the natural fabric ones are my favorites. They are so comfortable with the smocking! I know that the puff sleeve dress with smocking is such a trend right now, but honestly, whenever I’m out and about and see a cheap fast fashion dress with a similar silhouette, I can immediately see the difference in quality. Ivy City Co does it so well.

I gravitate towards the casual dresses more simply because I don’t have many occasions, but I have purchased a fancier dress as well to wear to a wedding and it was lovely.

Their customer service has always been lovely and answered my questions promptly.

I’m always on their website checking out all the goodies! The only reason I don’t have more dresses from them is they are a bit out of my current budget.

I trusted this website and took the risk of placing two orders from the UK. The first dress (over $150) arrived with ink marks on the top left side and a damaged part right in the middle, both of which are visible. Really disappointed with the service and attitude when requesting some refund as compensation - patronising, cheap and dismissive of my disappointment. The dresses are also overpriced given the quality I received. The second dress I ordered had one shoulder that is puffier than the other. Also way overpriced for the quality. Will not be ordering anything from them again and do not recommend buying from there especially for international customers where return / exchange can be difficult and costly.

I have ordered 7 dresses from IvyCityCo over the last 5 months and have been more than thoroughly satisfied! All of the dresses I have purchased have been made with care (I have plenty of Shein clothes, so I can confirm these are nothing like them!) and are truly beautiful. I am not exaggerating when I say that every time I’ve gone out in an IvyCityCo dress, I’ve gotten people asking me where I got it from because it’s so cute.

I am in no way affiliated with this company (I’ve read other reviews of other companies and been skeptical if employees or friends of the company are writing the positive reviews to balance out the large volume of bad ones.) I live several states away and I found them on Instagram from someone I follow who was wearing their dress, and looked for a while before deciding to buy.

I am a plus size woman, (1-2x) and their clothes fit me so well! I adore their inclusive models—models that are actually featured as the main picture for a dress and not after you look through 100 pictures to find someone with a larger body to see what a dress might look on yourself. They also feature videos with models showing the dress as the model stands in front of a mirror. This is what sold me on their dresses last fall when I was looking for a Christmas picture dress. It helped me better visualize what I would look like in the dress and get an idea of how the fabric moved and looked in the light. (The first dress I bought was a velvet one). I also really love that they have a rewards program to accumulate points that end up saving you money on future purchases.

Their ship time has been very clearly stated with each of the dresses I’ve bought, which is nice. I’ve also been pleasantly surprised to have them ship and arrive even quicker than expected! The dresses arrive in high quality, thick, beautiful mailers and packaging which just kind of adds to it all for me.

It’s really obvious that the owners of IvyCityCo care about their customers (write a review on their website—they respond to each one!) and they design and sell products that fit and flatter many body types and work for many different people. I am so obsessed with this company’s dresses and I never usually write reviews like this! I just wanted people to know that this is a reputable company with quality items. Seeing the models of different shapes, sizes, colors, abilities, and cultures that they use has also helped me fall more in love with them! I am a loyal customer for life now!

I bought two dresses from this company and both brought me joy, made me feel confident, and were also very comfortable! The packaging is done very nicely and brought a smile to my face. My only grievance/ complaint is that a dress I really wanted to try never came back in stock which was just unlucky for me, and some of the items are a bit unnecessarily pricy. I can barely afford this company, so we love a good sale! Overall, it’s a great company with great products and I recommended them to some family and friends, who also bought some of their products and were very happy with them. Good job Ivy City ♡

I wasn’t happy with the kids’ coats I bought and it was an extremely non-transparent, and deceitful pain to return. Ivy City Co pretended that it was an easy Happy Returns, but when I drove all the way to FedEx on a Saturday afternoon, FedEx said the Happy Returns Code didn’t work. I called Happy Returns and they told me that Ivy City Co doesn’t really use a real Happy Returns but just used them as a facilitator of a Standard Return plus a restocking fee of 12%. You have to mail the return back to Ivy City or return it at their physical store and can’t use a Happy Returns Code at a Happy Returns location and not an instant refund. This was a very misleading return process for a typical Macy’s coat with a fancier fur attachment.
