I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER order from Baltic Born again. I PAID FOR THE ABILITY TO RETURN THE ITEM (PAID!!!) and then they make it as difficult as possible, only give you 14 days, push to give you store credit instead of a refund, and then TAKE $10 OFF OF MY REFUND?!!! I’m genuinely appalled and furious. I have never encountered such a terrible return policy anywhere. I will never order from them again.
The design is nice
The design is nice, but the fit is slightly uncomfortable. The material is okay. Shipping took a bit longer. It's acceptable.
Avoid - Cheap + High Cost + Painful returns
Avoid. Cheap, low quality items that feel identical to those on Amazon but double or triple the price. They don't last long. Consider this "fast fashion" but at a premier price. You pay $4 for "free returns" when you checkout, but then when you actually need to return something you find out that it is in fact, not free. You have to pay another $20 to get your money back. Alternatively, you can get some back in store credit which leaves you in a never ending cycle of buying low quality items. Do not shop here-- it leads multiple headaches for busy women and moms who are simply trying to find good items.
Really awful and misleading company
Really awful and misleading company. Their clothes: I've ordered at least 15 items and all were extremely overpriced and most were junk, cheap, unwearable.
Their return policy: this is why I've ordered so much! My first purchase was one dress in 2 sizes. I paid for free return shipping, assuming that like every reputable clothing company, returns would be permitted. Nope. This company scams you by offering free return shipping in an obvious and clear way, but hiding their return policy. They only offer exchanges, no returns at all. I sent clothing back again and again and finally gave up on finding anything well made or sized appropriately or that looked anything like the pictures online. I'm keeping my last order even though it's mostly trash. Stay away.
Weird-fitting dress--SCAM of an operation with regards to returns.
The dress fit was weird--very tight in the bust and too long (and I am 5'8", 140 lbs). It also had way too much material to look good--my hubby thought I looked enormous in it. I had paid the $4.95 to have free return shipping--but then they still charge you $20 to return it! ($10 "restocking" and $10 to refund you??). So they now have my dress back PLUS they have kept $25. Never again! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! It's a shame because their dresses look cute in pictures. I have learned my lesson. You will also not hear back.

I couldn’t leave a review and got no email that would let me review it. I got another dress earlier this year, the aizey dress, and paid A HUNDRED dollars for a thin cotton dress with no lining, and the seams were not aligned. The top tier, one side is five inches closer to the pocket than the other side. I’m very frustrated with the quality for the price point and will not order again. More frustrating is the fact that I can’t leave a review.

Crappy dress that had gathering that was supposed to lay at the waist but hit mid-chest. Cheap material looked nothing like online pics. Even though I paid for return shipping they said it was a final sale and I couldn’t return it! Easy way to scam an extra $5 off of customers! Do NOT order from this awful company!
Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I tried it for the first time, and I that was my last time. Their customer service/returns system is terrible. I purchased the $4.95 “return insurance.” When I tried to return the dress because it was way too tight in the chest, the dress was marked as final sale. That was not on the receipt or listed when I purchased. Then I tried returning the skirt because I hate deception, and it charged me $20 to return even though I purchased the insurance.

I would highly recommend listening to the reviews below unless you like losing money. I paid $81.25 for a dress, which included paying for return shipping. Seeing how it was a dress for an occassion, and I had no idea if it would look right, I was happy to pay $5 for the possibility of returning it. The fine print would indicate that returning the item will cost you $20 additional dollars. I went round and round with the sales team, which extended past the 14 day return window. They "made an exception" for me to return, which is cute because they were the reason it went past 14 days. They said when I hit submit the extra $10 would automatically be added, but that was a lie. I gave up, I took my $55 refund, called the $30 a loss, and am making it my mission to make sure no one I know ever orders from them. If you're still thinking of gambling on them, it's worth noting that someone at the party was wearing the same dress, she got it on temu. There was no noticeable difference, they looked identical. Check there first.

I’d put negative starts if it allowed. Don’t order from here unless you’re 100% okay loosing your money- ordered a defective dress and unable to get a refund or even a human to respond to me after an entire week of reaching out through the website, Facebook, and email. Worst customer service ever, definitely scammy practices, and even worse business model. They are BBB accredited for a reason, wish I would have looked into them prior to ordering.
$45.15 to return ill-fitting dress
The dress looked good online, but was a frumpy and maternity-like fit. (I bought it to wear as faculty for a graduation.) It cost a total of $45.15 ($5.01 tax (not refunded), $9.50 shipping, $4.98 up front for return shipping, $20 "restocking fee" + $5.66 less than purchase price of dress alone) to return the dress. Never again. Do not recommend.
Low Quality Products, Poor Service
Baltic Born does not stand behind their products. My dress all but disintegrated the first time I washed it and they offered me no help. Poor quality products, bad customer service. Never will I ever shop with them again.
Nickeled & Dimed! Do better!
Bought a dress, paid for the “return insurance” I assumed it would make the return, if need be, easy. Wrong. I wanted to return the dress, started the process. If I retuned it I would get $20 of the $35 I bought it for - they charge $10 “handling fee” What the actual F. Or, I could get a store credit. Frustrated, I picked credit but I have to use it now. Whatever. Frustration mounting and time ticking because you have 14 days. I picked my item today, it worked out that it was less than the dress. At first, their site said they would owe be a small refund of 9.40. Super. As I proceed I OWE THEM!! They literally charged me FORTY CENTS!! Why? Because they charged me $10 for “handling” Make it make sense. Horrible customer service practice. Something’s are just part of doing business. And if you need to nickel and dime your customers to this extreme, perhaps a conversation with your accountant on ways to better get a handle on your costs of doing business is in order.
Never Ordering Again
I ordered three dresses from Baltic Born for an upcoming wedding. I reviewed the sizes compared to my measurements to try to ensure I ordered correctly. One dress turned out to be way too big, one was way too small, and the third just didn't work.
When I ordered I paid $4.98 for free return shipping, but now as I am trying to return the dresses I am also going to be charged a $10 handling fee AND $10 for them to refund my money to my original payment method. Those return fees are exorbitant. Why did I even pay $4.98 to begin with (PS that's added to your order automatically).
The company likely knows that their sizing isn't very accurate and that shoppers will have to return items. So they've built a system where they can make money off of that as well. I will never order from this company again.

Terrible, terrible return policy. Even if the items are unused/unopen. I keep getting emails on unused store credit but there is nothing I want from this store.

I ordered a dress and it came used and dirty. I tried for almost 3 days to get in touch with someone in customer service through email and text but they don't even have a phone number. No one got back to me until the third day and told me I had to unwrap it again and take pictures of where it was dirty etc. I told them absolutely not was I opening it again Lord knows what I was touching I just wanted an exchange. She said no you need to take pictures before we will even allow a return. Also their return policy is only 14 days now. Run, don't walk away from this "company."
