If you don’t reply in a minute or two, they close the chat and send you a survey. Sometimes I’m just reading what they sent. Super rude feeling.

Rant: I’m just tired of it
I’m honestly just exhausted with these casinos that pretend to offer “fun entertainment” and then make every tiny step as annoying as possible. This one isn’t even the absolute worst, which is the sad part, it’s just another slightly rigged-feeling, overcomplicated, promotion-shouting site where you lose quietly while customer support throws boilerplate phrases at you. I spent a few evenings here, I’m not going to lie, I did get a couple of mini wins that felt okay for a moment, then the usual slide straight back down. The withdrawal I did get took forever and made me send my documents three times because the picture was “not clear enough”. It’s not one big scam moment, it’s death by a thousand small irritations. I’m done with this place.

None existent customer service
I have received the review email before my items have arrived so I can not comment on the quality of the jumpers I have ordered. However the customer service has been terrible I emailed and messaged on instagram numerous times with no response, all I was asking was an up date on my order and I have now received an email saying my order is in its way but I am yet to actually receive it. So due to very poor customer service this is why I have given such a low score.

Never received item and no response…
Never received item and no response from seller. I hate leaving bad reviews but I gave it 3 weeks after the dispatch email to give time for delivery delays and followed up both via email (gave it a week for response) and Instagram and never received a response.
