Moje zamówienie nigdy nie dotarło.Wysłałam maila,ale otrzymałam info ,że nie można o dostarczyć.Próbowałam również kontakt telefoniczny,ale ten nr już nie istnieje.SCAM,nie zamawiajcie z tej strony.

After buying a pack of pods got home opened the box to find one missing just the empty pack ....the 2 remaining don't even fit my vape ....absolute clowns won't be returning

This company is a scam company , never got the goods and ofc no reply from customer service , and reported to the authorities

If I could rate 0 stars I would have. Absolute scam company you will not receive no goods. I have been waiting three weeks with still nothing, I contacted and they promised me two more days and I will receive, lo and behold it has been 5 days and still nothing!

Product did not arrive. When trying to contact them, no response. Avoid getting scammed.

Scammers do not order from this company they take your money and they do not deliver

I placed an order (10944) on 28th April for 4 x HAYATI Pro ULTRA for £44 and have made numerous attempts to contact them for an update on my Order. 5 days later....still no update. Extremely Disappointed with their service and have no idea when or if I will receive my order

From reading previous reviews this seems to be a recurring issue. Don't order anything from this website it's a scam. My order never arrived and when I tried to contact them I was completely ignored ( via WhatsApp so I can see the message has been read) completely ignored when I asked for a refund too. Appalling and VERY infuriating!!! I hope this website is taken down before more people are scammed out of money!

Don't buy from this company made an order for four vapes they haven't arrived after 2 weeks i have WhatsApp them emailed them and done there online form to get an update and i haven't heard back from any of them the invoice name is RAMZI HEDROW I'm now going through my bank to get the money back and to report this company for fraud as after looking at reviews I see this company does this a lot to customers

Don't buy from these people unless you want to get ripped off. I paid more than £33 for some vapes and they never arrived. At first I was told there was a delay, and then after waiting and asking for my money back, I was repeatedly told I would be repaid, but I never was. The name on the invoice was RAMZI HEDROW. Avoid buying from ivapestore.co.uk unless you want to get ripped off like I did.

This is not how you do business by neglecting your clients. Thank you for your service but I won't buy from you anymore. This same situation happened twice now. First I thought your services may have improved but I see this is not the case and it probably never be the case. Good luck

Used a few times and were brilliant. But the last couple of times have been shocking.. last oder I do e was 6 weeks ago. Didn't keep in good contact though it neither. Asked for a refund 2 weeks ago which they agreed and today had a delivery and an email saying sorry for the delay. Won't be using anymore

If i could give no stars I would. Not a genuine company. Do NOT ORDER! NO updates on the products i ordered no refund has been provided! I shoukd have read the reviews prior to ordering!

I have ordered twice before with no problem done another order 8 days ago took money and have received nothing, contacted them through message on website was ignored started a WhatsApp chat Saturday got a message back Sunday saying they will update Monday got nothing! Messaged again this morning and surprise surprise message not going through! AVOID
