Useless Liars. they take your money and do not deliver on time not once not twice but 3 times they don't communicate or keep you informed.

Worst service that i have ever received. No one should order anything from ITworkup if its not in stock at there premises. Outside warehouse orders is supposed to be delivered 7-12 work days , my order took 20 work days and who ever answer there WhatsApp line has no manners. They lied about the delivery and delivery times . That is not the way to do business.

I ordered an electric shaver from ITWorkup on 6 January 2025 and paid for it. One week later I have not received a confirmation of order or a reply to my numerous emails. They don't answer the number 011 541 9944. Feels like I have been scammed.

Delivery took forever. There were many delays, some of which were courier errors, and some of which were human errors. I got the drive in perfect condition. The customer is happy. I feel this could've been dealt with better.

The item I bought was great price service was awesome, the delivery took a bit long but that's expected over the festive season.

Company was forthcoming with the time it would take for the items to arrive even before ordering. Do not expect items to arrive fast from these guys so do not order anything you need right now, however their prices and service are great and I will be using them again. I am also very happy with my purchase Lexar NM790 4Tb NVME drive which has found its home in my N100 mini PC as the main drive.

Good prices for sure but it's still lacking on time delivery

I'm thoroughly impressed with my experience with IT Workup! I placed my order on December 17 and opted for the pay-on-delivery option. After making a deposit on December 18, I received an update on December 20 that my order was in transit. The communication was excellent, and I received my phone within the promised timeframe. I'm extremely satisfied with the service and I will definitely purchase from ITWORKUP again. Keep up the fantastic work.

I was sceptical at first since I had not heard of ITworkup before; however, my experience with them has been nothing short of spectacular! They informed me as my purchase entered each step of the processing and delivery journey and could be contacted whenever I had questions. Some of their deliveries can take longer based on stock availability, but it is still well worth it! I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.
