Absolutely terrible company they make false promises and tell lies. All Facebook comments to get their attention are removed. I ordered gifts for my grandaughter in May and was promised delivery in 7/10 days. I kept ringing and leaving messages and was told it had been dispatched but could not give me tracking. I was told the order was sent FIVE times complete with free gifts for a disappointed child again no tracking available. As I live near their Facebook address I asked to pick up but was told this service not available. In the end it had to be reported to the credit card company to get my money back. After reading posts on Facebook and reviews I am certainly not the only person this has happened to. I feel very very unhappy with total appalling service and feel I must leave a true review. I have never left any service and goods provider a bad review before.

There’s an automatic response which negates all responsibility from them due to covid, I’m sorry but I’m a nurse I understand the impact and any reasonable delays due to covid more than anyone - but this is just plain ridiculous! If you can’t complete orders - stop accepting them!

I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt but after numerous phone calls and emails I’m still no further forward in getting my items (or latterly a refund). In fairness they have returned my calls, albeit not when they have said they would but each time I have had a reason for delay - initially brexit, customs delay, courier problems ranging from different courier didn’t know their address to didn’t pick up the right parcels or waiting for the shipping information. In my experience there is always a promise they will ring back once they have confirmed the shipping information but I’ve never yet received a shipping notification for goods I ordered in May. I raised the trust pilot reviews with them and there was a long winded excuse for those too.
I will always be fair and give the benefit of the doubt but after so so many calls and emails (which are never responded to) I’ve given up and asked for a refund both my phone and email - as yet I haven’t had a response.
Tough times for UK businesses and I hate to see a small retailer get bad reviews but sadly in this case I could not recommend them at all unless you want to never receive your goods and you can afford to lose your money. Very very poor unfortunately.

Ordered rugs in March , non delivery, tried to message , ring, email. In July they promised to refund to PayPal , three times, but to no avail. AVOID ORDERING THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY , AND LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS THEY ARE STILL DOING SO.

Ordered item in March 2021, still haven't received said item. Have called repeatedly to chase the issue, telephone is never answered so have to leave voicemails. On two such occasions they have got back in touch, only to promise to look into it and then never heard back. Absolutely appalling customer service - unfortunately the age old excuse of sorry we have been understaffed due to covid is now wearing a little thin. Will never order from them again, and would recommend anyone else who is thinking of ordering from them to take their business elsewhere

Order never received! Was warned item may take 5 working weeks to receive my flexi feeder (which in its self is mad! But I gave the benefit of the doubt with covid etc). 3 months later - no item! Never heard from them again. Had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Do not buy from them!

Terrible service. Ordered an item in March …..still not received by June despite assurances it would be on its way. I eventually filed a dispute with PayPal and my money was refunded instantaneously by PayPal.

When I eventually got through, I requested a refund 3 months later I’m still waiting for my money and I have now will be contacting my lawyer….. I’ve never come across such bad customer care and won’t be buying from them ever again…… People stay away 😡

Ordered a rug, never turned up, phoned the company, when they eventually answered promised to find out what had happened and call me back. This never happened. Two weeks later was able to get through again (answering the phone is not the company's strong point, neither is replying to messages left) requested a refund, said okay will process that day, two weeks later still not been processed and they have not answered the phone since.

Absolute DISGRACE of a company!!! Never in my life have I found a company as bad as this! I just WISH I read just some of these reviews before I ordered. Ordered a fly rug end of January 2021. On “per order” to be delivered mid March. END of March and I still had no update so I emailed them. I had no response so found them on Facebook and went through their… days went by for them to tell me they are “expecting delays” bare with them… with the current situation I completely understood and was just asked to be kept updated with the process 1 MONTH later I asked for an update… again, took WEEKS to reply to my messages again told me they need to check what’s happened to it it’ll be with me by the end of the week. A weeks past and still nothing so I messaged them on the Monday and was told to give them to the end of the following week! For me to then chase them up AGAIN to be told after all that they haven’t got it in stock anymore!!! So they was quick enough to take my money but couldn’t be bothered to tell me they haven’t got it in stock ! I THEN get offered alternative fly rug of the same value… don’t laugh … A PEPPA PIG RUG. I couldn’t reply straight away because I didn’t know weather I would laugh or cry! I genuinely thought this whole this was a wind up! 6 months later STILL no refund STILL no Rug! I ordered a fly mask in 1st March they said it would be delivered in April due to Covid and I heard nothing, I tried several times to call, email, text with no response then they returned my call and was told it was in isolation and I would receive it. Two weeks later still nothing. I have had to chase for my refund! Just poor service and shocking customer service
