Ordered a pallet of shavings that were on a special price on the 4th December for £319, now the 7th feb and still no shavings, I’ve emailed requesting a refund and now requested my bank does a charge back, been fobbed off far too many times! Dreadful service and extremely poor customer service, do not get conned by this company

Awful - Don't purchase from them. Quick to take money but then no products materialise.
I ordered 5th September 2021 2 items were 8 week wait. End of November came and still nothing so I chased it up, I was fobbed off with oh you should of recieved it I'll check with warehouse. The next excuse was they lost my details on the so called system. Then someone was meant to call me and that never happened. Then again system had been switched so lost my details again. Each week there was a different excuse from them. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded and even then it took weeks until they finally cancelled the order. I kept being told the person who deals with refunds is isolating and when they're back in the office they'll give me a call, it never happened. We had to get firm with them and say we were going to the police regarding fraud and to trading standards, all of a sudden they were prepared to pay me back end of January 2022. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous!!! Been waiting for comfy bed since 8th December! Been told that many stories I could have written a book!

Courier network lost items
Will compensate you but then never Answer.
I am waiting for my shavings and have been for far too long.
The lady on the phone just tells constant lies and thinks it’s ok.

Ordered goods months ago, contacted seller who advised goods were in quarantine. Guaranteed delivery before xmas, now January - they never answer calls or emails and completely ignore you.

Worst customer service experience ever..

Placed an order for various items worth over £200 but they never arrived. No one answers the phone but they did phone back however I was fobbed off for weeks with excuses and lies of why it hadn’t been delivered. Eventually agreed a refund which again never arrived, thank goodness for the chargeback through my bank as I’d still be chasing my refund now. The woman got really defensive when challenged. Please do not order as you’ll never get your items and won’t get a refund.

If I could remove the above star I would.. they don’t deserve any.. I ordered a rug £98 in October.. still haven’t received it.. countless messages/emails.. they never reply, I have asked for a refund… still waiting..

Scam company- my partner placed an order months ago which still hasn't arrived. He was charged for delivery and initially the company did answer the phone and advised we would receive the item within 7 days but it didn't arrive and they will no longer answer calls

I ordered a rug and LED neck piece for my horse the start of November it's now December and NOTHING!!!! Was ever sent out. First they told me they waiting for the LED neck piece to be sent in as they out of stock. Then two weeks go by. I have to chase them again and again. Then FINALLY I received a phone call back. They now out of stock on the rug but offered to refund the rug. I agreed with the expectation they going to send out the neck strap which they haven't sent and do not reply to voicemails or emails. I work full time and cannot be wasting my time to keep chasing a company this disorganised and can't tell the truth. I just want a full refund now as its been over a month and they still haven't replied!!!!?? AVOID ordering from them which is a shame as they have nice products but they just aren't capable of processing their orders.

This company is an absolute joke! Items ordered and never delivered, despite being told by the very rude and patronising woman who I spoke to that trust pilot is wrong! Believe me, these reviews are completely true! I’m of the opinion that I will never receive the refund I’m entitled to for a product that I was never going to receive!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

They do not send the product you pay for, absolute scammers. Everyone needs to report her to trading standards to stop more people being scammed. If anyone is within 120 days of their order and it still hasn't arrived they can get money back via debit card 'chargeback claim'. I'm also reporting her to HMRC and I think everyone else should too.

Still haven’t received my saddle after 57 days and staff have lied constantly telling me it’s on its way.

I ordered a rug never came. And ive tried numerous times to ring what is an automated answrr machine, asking for name and number and someone will call back. Never happens. Also looked up the address and the address given there is deffo bo shop there . SCAMMERS

I ordered from this company, despite chasing them time and time again my items never were dispatched, I waited 6 weeks before requesting my money back, only when I threatened to call the fraud team at my bank did they refund me, 2 weeks after them telling me they had refunded me, complete scam!

Only gave one star as not possible to give none. Ordered products last October/November and am still waiting. Initially Brexit was blamed then Covid. I've also been told I'll receive a refund which again I'm still waiting on.

They will occasionally phone back generally between 5pm and 6pm promising to phone again once they have checked and again no phone call. Also claim to have sent parcel out on 2 occasions but no evidence of this . Unbelievably poor service.....

As with many others, this is no stars if it was an option. Try and find a decent review; now there's a challenge ... Shockingly bad. Perhaps look also at the reviews on Horse and Hound.

I ordered a tack box on 1 January 2021 and guess what, it still hasn't arrived despite repeated assurances to the contrary, and telephone soft-soap and flannel (when you can get anyone to pick-up) about Covid, Brexit, shipments from Germany delayed etc., a string of emails, and promises of 'extras' with delivery on account of the delay and so on. I'm currently left out of pocket. Emails shortly after the purchase proved utterly fruitless as an automated reply is seemingly generated (confirming that emails are, err, not being responded to ... eh ??) which has tended to be the case throughout the year).

I am now pressing with the matter via Trading Standards. A little research show the claimed VAT number for the company leads to a Registered Business name of Hannah M Wood and a Registered Business address of Dibble Bridge Bungalow, Castleton, Whitby, North Yorkshire YO21 2DR. I’m not at all sure how bonafide this is, as nothing has come up on Companies House searches, and there’s no address on the web site. Hmmm. Legal advice as well, then. Anyone else have a trading address ?

On another cautionary note: Be very wary of PayPal agreement criteria clauses if you pay via this means, in the event you wish to open a dispute over payment made and goods not duly received. PayPal were decidedly unhelpful as unbeknown to me there is a time limit (6 months), beyond which you get stuffed and you're on your own, having quite probably forestalled chasing a refund by unwittingly giving the seller countless opportunities to make good, buped by numerous promises and chat that 'all was in-hand and rosy in the garden. Strewth. Wish I'd read the review before pressing buy …

Again, like others I wish there was zero stars!!! Ordered some jodphurs on 26th Sept. Chased 11th Oct as still not arrived. Was promised them that week. Chased again 15th Oct as still nothing and apparently they had been lost in post. offered to send out replacements and I said no just issue refund. Chased numerous amounts of time on phone and get the same story 'It has been processed and can take up to 10 days'. Its 9th Nov now and still nothing back. I have raised a dispute with the bank to resolve and try and get money back. Awful service. No one replies back to emails. They pick up the phone now and again.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY GOODS. IT'S ALL A SCAM.

Ordered a jacket in August, gave it a month before chasing up I appreciate that it may be being shipped from overseas ect. Several messages and phone calls later being basically fobbed off every single time.it’s now 3 months later and now no reported to any of my messages!!
Trying to re claim my money through my bank. I’m now not surprised don’t have PayPal, as the claims would be ridiculous.
Think these guys need reporting for theft and or fraud, there is something going on here!!

Can't leave less than one star - these don't even deserve that. Absolute scam company, placed order in August, still chasing for delivery. Various excuses given every time. Criminals - obtaining money by deception.

Order a rug belly cover on the 2nd January it is now the 4th November numerous phone calls and messages assuring me I will get the package with extras still nothing I am phoning every week now, I have asked for a refund but the keep assuring me I will get the package! Wish I had read the reviews first.

I wish I could give zero stars! These guys need an official investigation into their operations. Surely they are blatant fraudsters fronting as an organization.
Order placed in September. Despite several telephonic assurances that my order would be shipped, I’ve yet to receive anything. Now phones are not answered, messages not responded to either. Automated emails responses stating they will NOT reply to emails as they are too busy! (Too busy marketing their next scam?). NOT impressed. Steer well clear.
