I get all items what I have order. Good prices and fast shoppings. I will order again if there ship Finland anymore.

Ordered a fly rug over 2 months ago. Never delivered. Said they would send again. Never did. Asked for a refund multiple times, havent got one yet. Constant apologies and excuses. Don't use if you need anything in a rush.

If I could leave no stars at all I would, I’m only going to repeat every other review on here. They are scam artists and thieves. I placed an order on 8th January 2022 it’s now June and have given very excuse, blaming me as to the order not arriving and then promising a refund which surprisingly hasn’t arrived. How they can call themselves a business I do not know. I am heading to trading standards and small claims court and hopefully they can be shut down

I placed an order on 22/02/2022 and i still have not recieved it. It started off with excuses as to why i have not recieved the order, but now 3 months later they do not read the messages i send, reply to the emails i send and do not phone back when i leave messages! They were quick enough to take money but provide an absolutely rubbish customer service! I am so dissapointed in this company and do not reccomend them! I now just want my money back, but i cannot get hold of them!!!

3 months in! and no goods delivered. Can't get in touch as their phone is automated. Sent emails, no reply. Shocking service

Shocking company, product never arrived. Asked for refund and like the rest of reviews on here still no refund. Wish I’d checked out reviews before ordering.

Ordered a hay feeder (approx £67) on 22nd March and rang to cancel the order on 23rd March as I could get it much sooner from elsewhere (2-3 week delivery). They said they processed the refund and I should get it within 14 days. On 4th May now, have sent numerous emails, rang several times to be fobbed off, said they would ring me back, havent yet. Have reported to trading standards.

I saw all the negative reviews about waiting times for orders and refunds, but contacted them via their website with quite a terse response, only to get a response the next day with a follow up call and now clear dialogue to get a resolution. I’m impressed they have done well and I thank them!

Do not buy off these It’s been months since I ordered no item no refund. Just get fobbed off when you speak to them. They shouldn’t be trading.

Ordered 2 items in September 2021, it’s now march 2022 and still no items or refund. Have reported to trading standards. Do not buy from here!

Do no order from this company over 3 months and no goods and no refund every time to call you get fobbed off they do not reply to emails and you will end up out of pocket terrible company

SHOCKING!!!!! I dont understand how these people get away with it. I've still not had a refund.

They have taken my money in January and promised delivery and nothing has come, big scam i am now in process with bank, they are a fraudulent company be careful

Ordered on 19th October and still have not received items, threatened with trading standards and they messaged back to say order will be with me in next two weeks, well that was start of January and now can’t get a reply from them and still no items, shouldn’t be allowed to sell products, daylight robbery!

Sham company do not use.
Ordered mud mats 3rd nov, 3rd feb requested refund as no mats despite weeks of chasing. Still no refund or correspondence. Feel like I’m fighting a loosing battle. Will have to get refund through my bank.
Company should be removed from trading immediately

Ordered in nov 21 .. still now items and no refunds. Lady keeps saying the same thing it’s on its way. Asked for refund numerous times .. still nothing .. now I’m having to claim back through the bank.
No email correspondence or Facebook message correspondence… only way to get a reply I’d to spam their page !!!!

Ordered mesh sheet in the 31 December. 18days wait. We are now 18 Feb and my item has not arrived! Left numerous fb messages. Spoken to them in the phone, left VMs they left me VM’s - never knew a company could make so many excuses!! They even promised me a different more expensive rug in exchange for the one that has not arrived! Completely forgotten on the next call and more excuses. I have finally requested a refund! Which has been confirmed on fb messenger that it has been processed and I will receive a notification the following day! Which obviously didn’t happen so will have to make another phone call tomorrow about. It’s just a bit horse you are giving me no other option than to report you to Trading Standards etc. should I not get my refund.
Can’t understand why you still allowed to trade? You take payments and not deliver the products as per all the reviews on Trust Pilot. Should have researched your company earlier! Very disappointing
*Edit* refund still not received even though apparently processed week and half ago. Will update further should refund received 👍

*Edit* 15/03/22 after numerous of phone calls and VM and saying that I am contacting my bank today they have somehow managed to do a bank transfer and refund me all my money!! Finally! Worst experience ever!

Do NOT order through these ....over 3 weeks now waiting for rugs and keep getting fobbed off saying the systems down ...looking through other reviews it appears this is a common excuse time and time again .. now waiting for a full refund and they won't return my calls .. terrible service I wished I had have looked on here before ordering

Well what can I say….ordered a pallet of shavings 2/1/22, by the 24/1/22 no shavings or any sign of delivery, attempted numerous times to contact its all a bit horse, I then got a phone call from Katy, various excuses , problem at the distribution centre , shortage of drivers, the weather etc etc
A week later still nothing, so I had to go and buy some shavings from elsewhere.
Kept on emailing them, no response.
5/2/22 Finally ‘Katy’ rang back saying she has been unable to get hold of me??? Not true! Yet more lies/excuses!
I requested a refund which , I was told would be processed the following Monday.
Monday came and went no sign of any refund so on Thursday I emailed, left a voicemail and sent messenger messages.
I also raised a dispute with the card issuer.
Katy rang back no so polite this time, the broadband was down their end so they couldn’t access their system …..yer right!
Strong words exchanged and I escalated the dispute with the card issuer!
Finally received notification of refund…..never ever again will I order from this retailer
Absolute joke of a retailer! They advertise Horse stuff and don’t have it in stock, also there is something not quite right about them , I could not find any legit Buisness address and are not registered at companies house?
AVOID!!
