Very Old-School company. Just like in 1999, if you download a trial version of one of their products you get all of their products pushed down your thoat. As an extra you get 'reminders' in the form of pop-ups and they automaticaly create shortcuts in lower task bar.

1 Gb of software, just to try their Driver updater, (which is capped at 1 driver update per day).

Even IF the product I wanted to test is fabulous. I will never hand 1 cent to this company as long as they act like the obnoxious classmate from middle school.

I do not know i find to of your software installed in my computer without my consentement.

Ich habe online den ITop Screenrecorder gekauft nach ablauf des Bezahlvorgang wurde wieder die Webseite von ITop angezeigt aber weder per Mail oder online Rechnung, Bestätigung oder eine Lizenz übermittelt. Nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert habe wollte dieser aber genau diese Bestätigung um aktiv zu werden. Trotzdem ich ein von dieser Onlinebestellung ein Video habe wo dieser Fehler zu sehen ist gab es keine Unterstützung und so habe ich zwar bezahlt aber keine Lizenz erhalten.

Danke für ihre Antwort. Ich habe natürlich auch im Spamordner nachgesehen und auch dort war und ist keine Mail mit einer Lizensnummer.
Den Support habe ich schon mehrfach kontaktiert und auch immer eine Antwort, unterzeichnet mit Joyce, erhalten. Leider geht man auf das Problem oder Fragen gar nicht ein sondern es ist immer die gleiche Antwort, die nicht vorhandenen Bestätigungen zu senden, so das man den Eindruck bekommt das diese Antworten KI generiert sind. Ein Versuch die Ursache für diese fehlerhafte Bestellung zu finden und das Problem zu lösen findet nicht statt. Ich habe es daher aufgegeben weiter mit dem Support zu kommunizieren da es überhaupt nichts bringt und nehme zur Kenntnis das ich 49.99 Euro bezahlt habe aber die Lizenznummer verschwunden ist. Mein Ziel war es ja nicht eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten sondern eine Lizenz um den ITop Screen Recorder nutzen zu können. Da dies leider nicht möglich ist, ist das Thema für mich abgeschlossen leider negativ und zu meinem Nachteil.

Unerwünschtes Programm das beim Windows Start aufpoppt. Es gibt kein eingetragenes Programm, sodass es sich nicht entfernen lässt. Ich suche schon seit 2 Stunden nach dem Ort auf meinem Betriebssystem und es gibt keine Anleitung zur tatsächlichen Deinstalltation.

I don't like their product called "Smart Game Booster". Whoever installed this product already encountered first problems and Windows turns into unusable system or the whole PC is already wrecked because of this product. Their products shouldn't behave like "Rogueware" what objects to be uninstalled because it can instantly trigger the red light in persons minds, disabling important Windows services by this product always leads to more consequences than use while playing the games because of this product. Overclocking PC is very dangerous for non-advanced persons and this function should be disabled in default to prevent damaging PC even further because PC repairs ain't cheap these days. I can't believe how this product can overclock PC without more improved things such as: Displaying an information about overclocking & consequences from it, a product shouldn't apply overclocking by itself, but should ask an user first did he wants to do it or not. Costant annoying pop ups & nagware to force an user to install more of their apps & pay for paid version is another part of the cons in their products - because it'll bring more hate to this company than positive reviews, this software already caused too much trouble for the users from "Steam" platform - not to mention that this product is really difficult to uninstall since it behaves like the true "rogueware" product. If the company can't do a crap to make their products more stable & less problematic - they should stop advertising their products & do something useful for the community like: Listening to their suggestions, opinions and etc.

It somehow got onto my PC and managed to get itself installed through nagware. The only option on one message was to proceed so I thought I would have a cancel option on the next page, nope, it installed. I cannot possibly trust a company or their services if they use deceit so I am now looking to see what other software they make and making sure I don't have it on my system.

by just using only a free version of this vpn i was surprised of the speed and fast connectivity of it and i was wondering if the free version is so good then what would the pro version be like and btw I'm a Iranian user with the most severe limitation of the Internet that can not connect easily to global internet and use all the benefits of it and in the end I'm so grateful of iTOP VPN that made me to come here and enjoy the fully accessed with high speed connectivity to worldwide internet.

It has incredible internet speed and in its free state the speed is also decent, apart from that the connection is very secure and the interface is beautiful and comfortable.

Es ist und bleibt ein widerliches und aufdringliches Unternehmen! Obwohl man den ganzen iTop Müll und all seine widerlichen lästigen Spuren von seinem PC deinstalliert und gelöscht hat, hat dieses eklige Unternehmen dennoch einen Weg gefunden, sich wie ein unsichtbares und unzerstörbares lästiges Virus in den PC für immer einzunisten. Immer noch erscheint alle Tage mal wieder eine widerlich lästige Werbung am unteren rechten Bildschirmrand. Ein mittelgroßes Werbefenster öffnet sich ungefragt und stört mich bei der Arbeit am PC, nimmt teilweise die Sicht auf wichtige Arbeitsfenster und Programme, um sich dämlich und widerlich mit seinen Produkten zu präsentieren!
iTop BRAUCHT DRINGEND KUNDEN! Dieses Unternehmen MUSS extrem grotten schlecht sein, dass es auf lästigen und hinterhältigem Wege sich ungefragt in PCs einnistet und ungefragt Werbung auf Ihrem PC einschaltet. Es WILL das Sie seine Produkte KAUFEN!!! Es WILL ES!!! Es kann nicht anders überleben oder besser gesagt, bekommt den Hals nicht voll genug.
Wer EINMAL ein iTop Produkt/Programm/App auf seinem PC installiert hat, bekommt es NIE NIE NIE los! Das war´s! Fertig aus! Sie werden für immer auf diesem einen PC IMMER WIEDER daran erinnert, doch bitte ein iTop Programm zu installieren bzw. zu kaufen!

Das Programm, das sich immer wieder ungefragt in unsere Computersysteme einnistet, ist äußerst aufdringlich und unerwünscht. Ein nicht schließbares Fenster erscheint unten rechts auf dem Bildschirm und zwingt den Nutzer, darauf zu klicken und den darin enthaltenen Werbelink zu öffnen, der dann automatisch eine Installation des iTop VPN auslöst - und das alles ohne Zustimmung des Nutzers. Ein solches Vorgehen ist unangemessen und respektlos. Es zeigt, dass die Firma dringend darauf bedacht ist, Kunden zu gewinnen.

Tried the IObit stuff on my MAC Ventura. They put their iTop stuff on without my permission. The VPN simply disregards the removal choice from the drop down menu, and continues to ask for registration and money. The worst crapware I have seen in years. Customer support email tells me to use the uninstall option. That choice does not do a thing.
