I have not received my item OR tracking on item since I purchased it on 12/13/18. That is 35 days! I inquired on 1/8/19 and am still waiting for the manufacturer to respond! Totally unacceptable! I will never shop here again! Total rip off!

Absolutely terrible, this website is a scam, I ordered an extra LARGE T- shirt and I got an extra SMALL t-shirt seriously upsetting, I will never buy anything from this website again.

We bought a jacket for $39, then they send you a email and tell you the price gone up and want me to pay $98. It's a bait and hook scam. I have notified Paypal of their scam practices. Do not buy from this foreign company.

I ordered this sweater over a month ago and I still have not gotten my package. My last email from this shop is when it conformed my order. This email was a little more than 3 weeks ago. I tried to email them before about information on where my package is, and I haven't gotten a response. I sent you that email over a week ago... Also their policy confused me a bit?? "If you did not pick up your order from postal office within 7-14 days it will be sended back to us. We will do 100% refund exept delivery cost and only after our receipt." I placed the order to my home address not the postal office, they would leave the packages in the mailbox or porch if we had a delivery. the status on my account order has said it has been fulfilled, BUT I DON'T HAVE MY PACKAGE. When I try to track my package it says " Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier" why is it also pending? I don't have information on where my package is, and i'm not being updated by the shop. I feel like i'm being scammed for my money. It is past the delivery dates as it said on the shipping 15-30 days. My experience with this shop has been the worst, you cant even get a reply from them when you try to reach out through email. I did not get a refund on this item because of the lack of customer service.

Although I kept seeing bad reviews I decided to order from this store anyway. The clothing that I received actually came pretty fast and the quality was good. The only thing I would say is that the color was quite different from the picture and the pattern didn't completely line up. However, not too bad of an experience.

Terrible customer service. Do NOT buy from here.
I bought a shirt from here last year and it wasn't shipped until 25 days after I payed for it and emailed them to hurry them up. That item and others I bought took over a month to get to me and they sent the wrong ones. My emails were ignored, terrible service. Overpriced too for the quality you get. Shops like httpsushi and storedogdog are far better with very similar items and a lot of the same items for less.

I keep seeing bad reviews so I thought i’d share mine! The jumper took a while to be shipped but the shipping was pretty fast and the jumper is so nice and soft! It’s the exact same as the picture and really good quality! I recommend :)

One of the worst clothing sites I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing from. Has taken over two months and I am still waiting for my clothes. I have tried numerous times to contact them and have received only one email telling me it should be on the way. Unfortunately, there is no way to check if this is true since their "tracking number" is in Russian and I assume not used for tracking at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

TERRIBLE!!!! SO BAD!!!! I bought a present from them and waited 2 months for it to arrive (well past the date they said it would arrive on). I then emailed them, and they told me it was out of stock, but I had already paid $50 for the shoes and it was not out of stock when I placed the order. They have such poor service and are useless!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Ordered in the middle of November, nothing got here until December of last year and January of this one. Would have probably been longer if I didn't email and bug them, their fast shipping is an absolute lie and nothing I ordered got shipped until I complained, well after it was supposed to have shipped. My girlfriend who ordered on the same day still hasn't gotten anything. The website they gave me to track shipping flat out doesn't work and is in Russian, and when I said I was having trouble using it they just told me it was slow when I literally could not even open the tracking page.
When the items arrived, one package was so poorly packaged they just shoved everything into a shirt and folded it over. The stickers I guess I got as a gift were crumpled because of this. Some items were scratched and dirty, they look used. The jacket I bought had buttons with no button holes. The free gift notebook had some strange odor that infected everything in the package and within a few hours my whole room and hands had this terrible chemical smell. Genuinely one of the worst sites I've ever shopped from, use kogiketsu as they ship faster and have bigger sizes.

Itgirl shopping sells really nice stuff. But communication with them is really horrible. The sent me damaged jeans and I wrote an email about exchange. It’s now a month and they still don’t respond me...

Very bad experiente!
After 2 months i have received an email that the item is out of stock and that i should choose another item.
No return option.
No answer to emails or facebook!

This website seems like a scam. I've been waiting since the 7th November for my items and it's the 19th December now. Still nothing has arrived.
I contacted them yesterday and they haven't replied yet. It doesn't seem like I'll get my items and even if I do, I'll never order from them again.
My advice to everyone is just stay away from this website.

I finally recieved the items I purchased before the new year. And they were very poor quality. They're not worth paying for.

I wish I could give this no stars. I have been waiting for my package since October, its December now. I knew it was going to take some time but damn. I hate that when I emailed them they would respond like almost a week later and tell me to be patient. Honestly, save your time and money!!! I don't like giving bad reviews but this has to be some of the lousiest customer service I have experienced with an online shop.

Actually I ordered from there and their Clothes are pretty awesome! But I Ordert a Tshirt which was called: Cotton T-Shirt and definitely it wasn't cotton, it's a discusting polyester Shirt!

Horrible customer service!
It said please allow 15-30 days for shipping and It's been over a month and I still have NOT recieved my order and the tracking code doesn't work! I've emailed them multiple times only to get short replies that do not help me at all! Don't waste your time and money on this bs.

I ordered something and the website said, "please allow 15-35 days for shipping." So I waited a month and a half and I finally get an email that says, "your order has just shipped!" The tracking number doesn't work at all and I've tried to contact customer service but they never replied.

Don't waste your money here... the clothes are cute and the prices are low but good luck getting your order.
