Itechs did not even acknowledge that I placed an order to be honest I thought I had been scammed with no email to say they had received my order. I even contacted my credit card people to try to cancel but it was to late. In all fairness my order did arrive 7days later and goods were as advertised. They did not respond to my email which i sent them after I panicked,no correspondence from them at all shame really!

Ordered Bose headphones at a great price. Didn't get an expected shipping date so contacted customer service as the item was for a gift. Got a great explanation back from James who promised to get them shipped as a priority as soon as them were available. True to his word they arrived within a few days. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend.
Brilliant, good value service with a smile
I called in at the Uxbridge branch today to seek help with a few updates that were beyond me and I got the usual first class service with a smile. These guys are brilliant. This is my third visit in the last 12 months and they are outstanding.
It's nice when us older non techies can get help without being made to feel like ludites!

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever received.
The Oculus 2 Headset arrived and was already damaged. I was unable to charge the device after using it once. When I sent the device back to itechs they tried to charge me for the device being broken and haven't responded to any email challenging them about this.
Yesterday I contacted Paypal and luckily I got my money back today.
You can clearly see they have posted fake reviews on Trustpilot. Listen to the bad reviews and GO ELSEWHERE! Do yourself a favor and visit Amazon or Argos for a working device and quality customer service.
Do not be fooled by the cheaper prices!
Minor payment issue but otherwise pleased
Same as some other people here, my payment went through but I got no confirmation or receipt at first. However, I did later get an order confirmation and a tracking number and my item arrived within two working days. So, a minor hiccup but everything worked out fine in the end.

The buying process was not comfortable. I paid and got a confirmation from the payment service, but, I did not get any email from itechs.uk. It took a lot of following up to have them give me a confirmation and then send the product.
A positive Experience
After reading some of the reviews had I some reservations ordering, however, I took the plunge and went ahead and bought some Sony WH1000xm4 headphones on Sunday.......they arrived today (Tuesday). They are perfect and substantially less than what highstreet and other online retailers were offering them for.
I'm delighted. I had a slight snafu with ordering, but the ITECHS customer service team (James) were quick to respond, revolved my issue and followed up with my order delivery date.
So for people out there that doubt. Yes I'm a normal person who ordered a set of headphones. No, I am not in anyway shape or form part of ITECHS nor am I connected to them. No I haven't been paid this this positive review or given any form of consideration - I also wasn't asked to leave it.....
My experience has been great, my headphones are amazing, and whilst I'm typing this out I'm rather enjoying the noise cancelling feature - and my rather substantial saving. Cheers!

Received the item as described and within the given delivery window. When the tracking information wasn't working correctly James in the Customer Service team kept me up to date and responded to my query quickly. Great service, would use again!

My girlfriend purchased the Quest 2 headset for a birthday present back in August.
The device would not charge after using it once and I contacted ITECHS to get a refund or a replacement.
After paying £11 to send the device back to itechs I received the following email.
'Hello Will,
Thank you for your email and I do apologize for my late reply due to the your email were automatically assigned to spam.
We have received your returned package and the test report shows that the Oculus Quest 2 was damaged. Generally, we don't arrange full refund for the damage items, your refund amount will be deducted £27.99 for the loss of our side.
The final amount to be refunded to you is £251.91. Please confirm the refund amount then we will refund the money to your account. Thanks for your understanding.'
I responded to this email two weeks ago asking why I was being charged £27.99 and I haven't heard back since. I've sent 7 emails now and have heard nothing. The customer service is a joke and I don't want anyone else to go through this.
Don't be fooled by the cheaper prices. GO ELSEWHERE! John Lewis, Amazon and Oculus would be places I recommend to purchase the quest 2 headset.

Being ignored and owed £270!!!
I purchased the oculus quest 2 headset from Itechs at the beginning of august, it was used once before the battery died and it never turned back on (clearly a faulty item). We waited weeks for a response confirming it was under warranty and explaining we needed to post back the device for a refund ( which cost an extra £11) we then had to chase multiple times for an update which when we finally received was an email saying they were charging us £27.99 for the item being faulty - even though they sent us a faulty item. We have gone back 6 times now asking for an explanation, with 0 replies. 6 chaser emails and still no reply. The worst customer service I’ve ever come across, they are clearly doing their best to avoid paying back the £270 it cost even though we now don’t even have the broken product. I will send 600 chaser emails If I have to, but I suggest everyone else should avoid wasting their time.

Product delivery took longer than…
Product delivery took longer than expected but was well packaged and not damaged. Not sure if the delay was due to Itech slow picking or Royal Mail who seem to be a bit slow in the London area.
