So this is a genuine review and not Bot generated. I ordered €900 worth of glass brackets from the website and nothing arrived for 3 months. Despite many emails back and forth with customer services, no info about delivery date was forthcoming. So I requested a cancellation and heard nothing for weeks, thinking I’d been scammed. However when I clicked on the ‘chat’ icon I was passed to a real person who confirmed they had received the cancellation and they would initiate the refund. Within 1 hour it’s back in my account! Alls well that ends well I suppose. It’s not a scam, just badly organised delivery service I think.

Attenzione prodotti contraffatti SCAM
Ho ordinato un paio di occhiali Daiwa 2020 ordine n° GRAN-ITA-248942 dal valore di circa 32 euro e invece di arrivare il prodotto come da descrizione, mi è arrivata una copia anonima di bassa fattura.
In Italia questa la chiamano truffa nei tribunali.

Voi pubblicizzate marchi che poi non corrispondono con la realtà e poi date indietro il 40% del totale guadagnando comunque in quanto il prodotto spedito è solo robaccia che non corrisponde alla descrizione sul vostro sito.

Ho effettuato l'ordine GRAN-ITA-247833 il 10 novembre ed oggi 17 dicembre sono ancora in attesa di riceverlo. Ti sbattono da un chatbot ad un altro continuando a ripetere sempre la stessa cosa: devi attendere ancora una settimana.
I massimo 25 giorni lavorativi promessi sono passati ormai da una settimana e io sono ancora in attesa.
Incredibile e frustrante.
