I would have given five stars had the item been delivered on the day they said it was going to be delivered however the communication was amazing and it was delivered the day after as a matter of priority and it’s a really lovely product. Very good price easy to fix legs and looks beautiful.

Do it ! Great product
Order the stool just after Christmas during their sale. The product arrived and is very well made. They is really craftsmanship with this product. I had some trouble getting hold of the sellers which did cause concerns when I did get through to them they were very good and dealt with my query well. I would defiantly use them and recommend them.

Stool paid for now months down the line…
Stool paid for now months down the line item not arrived and istools do not reply to my e mails. There is no telephone number These are con merchants BEWARE DO NOT USE
Following the review I was eventually contacted and promised delivery on a certain date.
Guess what IT NEVER ARRIVED. Stand by my original comment. Going down another route to get my money back

Great Quality Ottoman
I purchased a ottoman from Istools after seeing an advert online. I was unsure at first because it was through an advert on social media but I am so pleased I took the gamble. It’s great quality and looks very stylish. It took a while to arrive because of the current climate but when I messaged the company they replied immediately and updated me with an accurate and honest delivery status. Would highly recommend this company.

It is what you pay for!! He holes to screw legs in are hidden behind the backing. The padding is average- delivery was delayed which was out of control. They responded well on email. Overall ok for the price

I found this product on FB Marketplace…
I found this product on FB Marketplace and loved the products. I ordered the yellow/gold ottoman storage footstool which went smoothly and was on sale too (bonus!). After about 5 days I contacted istools as I had not received a dispatch email, anyway, they replied very quickly apologised and said the footstool would be delivered in the next day or so. Which it did. The footstool is gorgeous. Very well made, quality materials and fabric. I love it.

Great service and Incredible Workmanship
To be honest I was worried ordering from this unknown company, we're all so used to buying things from Amazon and you feel like your money isn't at risk. However, the service was amazing from iStools. It arrived in no time at all and the workmanship on our ottoman is topnotch. I cannot recommend them more.
Great work guys, you've built a solid business there which I'm sure will continue to grow.
