Havent received or been informed when it will be delivered so cannot comment on how good it is

Amazing good quality and beautiful products. I ordered the teal footstool but when it arrived it did not match my colour scheme. I contacted them very helpful staff. They helped me with colours sending me lots of pictures and even arranged collection of my return I received my new blue one in 2 days and I love it. Would definately recommend thank you again

The product is well made good quality value for money. Slightly over the estimated delivery time but they were very responsive to my email.

Need better communication, after order confirmation didn’t receive info on how long it would take and the delivery date, if I had not asked for myself I wouldn’t have known. Saima Ferdose was so helpful with this.

Delivery was slightly longer then expected however communication was good and I am very happy with the footstool

Thank you for your reply. You say in your reply the goods are delivered and they have not. I have double checked the order receipt incase i have made a mistake and the full address is correct including correct postcode. My mobile number is also on there and my correct email address. Maybe you have an IT issue that when you click reply to my email it is saying the email address is wrong when it is only replying to the email address you are reading the email from. Please supply details of what address received my parcel and a phone number i can contact you on to resolve this matter

Went direct to Istools to order rather than going through Amazon all the time for items. Stool ordered over 2 weeks ago. Tried to track my order but does not recognise my order number even though clearly printed on emailed receipt. Have emailed them twice with no response. As previous reviews, no telephone number to contact them on. Money was taken from my account straight away obviously not when goods dispatched. Wish i had gone through Amazon as at least i feel i would have had better customer service. I would like to at least know what is happening to my order or my money refunded but no communication or note on their website about covid effecting their business.

Really pleased with my storage ottoman. Very heavy and sturdy and lovely material. I did email to ask about delivery as took a few days longer than stated on website. They were quick to respond to emails even outside office hours. Item then arrived as promised in their reply. Would but from them again.

My istool arrived today, it's absolutely gorgeous, the green is perfect, thank you so much. I hope to order again as soon as I can.

My ottoman that I ordered took a little longer to arrive than expected but that said once I asked about delivery I was informed quickly and received as stated.
I was surprised by the quality , well worth the money and thinking of getting another one!

I have had no contact about delivery, despite e mailing and asking... Obviously I have also not had my order delivered.

Yes I was very pleased with my purchase loved the colour I would recomend this to everyone.

Took a little longer to arrive than anticipated but with the current COVID 19 situation and weather conditions its understandable.

Once I received the item I was very impressed with the quality. The stool suits our room perfectly and is very good value for money.

Would recommend to anyone!
