Bought a footstool. Very good price and good delivery took longer than expected it promised.

Received my item today, it is absolutely
beautiful, I will highly recommend buying this to all my family and friends. The cushioning on the top is very comfortable, plenty of room inside for storage. Would highly recommend.

Cannot seem to get through to istools on phone number or email about an order placed over 3 weeks ago, money taken and no sign of delivery or update to my order.
Will update review if I get an answer to my calls/email or it's delivered.

We ordered the ottoman footstool, we are very pleased with it. The colour and the quality is very good.

Lovely product, I am delighted with ottoman, nicely made and very heavy product. The only fault I can find is the speed of delivery. I phoned just before ordering and was told it would take about 7days to be delivered. I finally got it nearly 3weeks later after phoning and stating that if it wasn't here in 2days I wanted a refund. It's very sad because it really is a nice product but the delivery times are way out considering money shouldn't be taken from account until product is posted.

Totally gorgeous footstool, really helpful wanted a specific colour which wasn’t listed so they sourced the right colour for me. Great communication from start to finish. Would totally recommend 😊

I ordered 2 bespoke size storage ottomans, one as a seat and the other as a low standing unit to use as a coffee table. I also had the sides fully padded and upholstered to match the lids. They arrived yesterday approx 3 weeks from ordering and are gorgeous, well built and very substantial. A lovely lady called Keira dealt with all aspects of my order and kept in touch throughout the process. Keira was very helpful, she answered all my questions ( there were a lot!!) and also dealt with the fact that I changed my mind about the design just before the order and build started. Would definitely use again and have already referred them to a family member.

Super pleased with my ottoman - arrived on delivery date expected and love the quality - exactly as described. Great value for money. Razwana was really helpful and communicative throughout the process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!
