Absolutely no communication.do not respond to emails and can't even leave a message on their number. I started a dispute with bank and think that's the only reason I got delivery,I ordered in December and its now February. Would never recommend. I got a reply saying they didn't have any details for me,but not only had they taken my money they had my name and addres for delivery After i placed my review they emailed and phoned me to ry and get me to change my review. Absolute shocking company

Really pleased with my footstool, which was made to measure to my liking. Good turn around time considering it was a hand made item here in the UK and other similar companies I liked products from I would have had a much longer wait.

Very pleased with the ottoman stool, excellent quality and a fantastic golden colour that compliments our living room.
Delivery took longer than expected as the item was initially damaged by the courier and failed to be delivered. Communication with Istools soon resolved the issue with prompt delivery if a replacement.

Hi there i have placed an order with you and go no sort of confirmation to say my order has been dispatched i also cant get through via instagram or telephone number can i get some contact info asap!!!

Why are they advertising stools on face book for £1 makeing you think its second hand when you inquire they sent to the thier website where stool cost over £100

Absolutely love my footstool. Ordered the multi coloured trem footstool online from here, communication has been fab and delivery was all at ease. The quality of the footstool is amazing. We love it, haven’t seen a footstool like the one I ordered anywhere before! It’s so unique. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Ordered a storage footstool and three cushion covers. The quality of the items is first class, footstool is very robust and the finish of the item is superb. Cushion covers match the footstool exactly. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Istools once they established that I had not received my order
Resolved the issue within a hour and my delivery arrived two days later including a small refund.

Istools was so helpful and sent me colour samples. Love my Ottoman looks so luxurious. Really pleased with it. There customer service has been good at all times. Had a issue with my first stool but sent a replacement straight away.

Really great communication all the way through. I wanted different legs on the ottoman rather than black and was sent options. This was well out of working hours in the evening. A straightforward PayPal transaction. Delivery was a bit slow and longer than expected but explanation of short staff due to sickness. I’m pleased with the ottoman. Sturdy and nice fabric and colour, though more blue tone of duck egg.

Brilliant company and even better piece of furniture.

I ordered a foot stool before Christmas which arrived but wasn’t as big as I wanted. It was extremely easy to return and I ordered the same stool in made to measure size that I needed.
On arrival, it is just what I wanted and whilst awaiting delivery I was kept in the loop via email and telephone contact.
The manager couldn’t have been more helpful.
He did everything he could to cater for my needs and get things moving swiftly, despite the national delivery service crisis.

For any reviews going in on the slow deliveries, I’d take with a pinch of salt as Istools bent over backwards to get my stool to me.
