I’ve been on ISTL since January 2025. My experience with the leads has been amazing! The Couple Club is perfect for me and my company.It’s Budget friendly with leads as low as $29 per lead!! My experience with the lead contacts has been great. I’m a small shop so my calls are always on going and consistent. Until someone tells me the property is no longer available or stop calling , I CALL!!! No Answer I CALL!! Voice mail I CALLl!!. I locked up a contract six months after my initial call on a ISTL lead. They also have Refunds for bad leads, so no wasted budget concerns.
The customer service is awesome and very helpful. I can always speak to someone and if they can’t answer my questions or concerns I’ve always gotten a call back from someone who could. Promotions are forever going on every month. It’s always a special or something to help out with leads and/or other business perks. ISTL is a perfect lead source for big or small real estate wholesales businesses. I highly recommend ISTL!!

Poor quality leads, still charging subscription after deleted account
Quality of leads really not good. Only provider that I've bought leads from and been cussed out on the phone when calling the lead. These leads are not Inbound hot leads. I deleted my profile and removed my account but I am still being charged $200 per month. The only reason Im not leaving a 1 start review is Ron had good response rate and customer service. Lets see if he will make the charge correct.

On the billing piece: deleting an account doesn’t automatically cancel a subscription (it has to be canceled first, then the account can be removed), which is why the renewal went through. That’s on us to make clearer. To make this right, we’ve already refunded the $200 charge and closed the subscription so there won’t be any further renewals.
I also hear you on lead quality and the experience you had on a call—that’s not the outcome we want. If you’re open to it, I’m happy to review your buy box and markets together to ensure you only see leads that fit your criteria.

Completely transformed my business
I made the switch from cold calling myself to buying PPL leads in July and the decision completely transformed my business. Went from sifting through raw data and counting "Not Interested"s to speaking directly with motivated sellers who are ready to hear an offer on their property has been night and day. The leads aren't going to convert themselves, so your sales process needs to be dialed in, but I converted my first speedtolead to a contract within 2 weeks of signing up, which we closed on last week! I have 3 more deals in escrow, of which 2 are currently assigned, the other closing in December. Wish I made the switch sooner!

I would save your money
I would save your money. Not super happy with the lead quality and seems like PPL has definitely gone down the drain as a lead source overall. Selling you cold call leads you can get for 50/lead somewhere else and the PPC/SEO leads, typically very difficult to get ahold of. I asked for a refund and they would only give me a partial and wouldn't even give me that until I threatened to leave a review. I have to keep using them until my money runs out which is pretty close thankfully.
Just a further reply after seeing theirs. They initially offered me a smaller refund. I wasn't happy with this. They magically couldn't do anything until I said I'd be writing a review and had the persons name. All of a sudden it was increased. Just an FYI for other users. Other PPL providers have given refunds for any unused balances directly to my account. ISpeedToLead is the only one that said nope.

To clarify a few points: your refund request was reviewed through our standard process, and your unused top-up balance was refunded to your card before this review was posted. Per our Terms of Use, refunds are returned to your platform balance and can’t be transferred back to your card. Those funds remain available in your account; we can also see you’ve continued purchasing leads with this balance, and we’ve reviewed and approved subsequent refund requests whenever they met our policy.
On lead quality: we listened to your earlier feedback about cold-call leads and strengthened our screening. We now use a triple-verification AI system that analyzes each call against our quality algorithm, and we discard roughly 60% of cold-call leads before they ever reach the marketplace to improve overall quality.
If you’d like, please reply to your existing support ticket in the "My tickets" and we’ll review your filters, markets, and refund history together to make sure you’re getting the most value. We appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Ispeedtolead is a complete scam ran by scammers. They charged my CC $2999 and I never received a single lead. I inquired multiple times about what was going on and kept getting the "we will look into it" and then they started ghosting me. Do NOT do business with these scammers.

Don't waste your time these leads are garbage. My first lead wasted my VA's time because no one would pick up, this lead was an A based on their scoring system. Now my second lead if you can call it that was an A+ based on their scoring system (joke)..
Not only are they wasting my most precious asset which is time, but they are wasting my money. This is why they only want to give refunds as credits and put in it their terms which I recently found out about, that way they get your money and you get worthless credits that keep you attached to a disaster of a lead platform while they keep trying to upsell on other products! I've gotten better lead responses from fiverr leads which is sad. I'm currently disputing this 436.00 charge with my credit card company. Stay away from this company.

Thanks for the the refund but my VA called ALOT more than two times for the first lead and once the second one looked to be taking a similar path a refund was requested.

Regarding lead quality, we checked the details of your orders and found that the leads were high-quality and verified three times by our managers. After your request, we contacted the homeowners again and confirmed that they are ready to sell.
Connecting with owners sometimes requires extra effort — multiple calls — as people may be busy or not ready to talk, so two calls may not be enough. The best practice is to make several calls a day at different times over several days — following these guidelines greatly increases the chances of connecting with clients.
To avoid similar situations in the future, we are working on identifying the best times for calls and ensuring a high level of connection between the client and the lead.
