Save you money and try different sources. Ispeed to lead its just a scam, I bought few leads called them and all of them said they don't know what I was talking about, they never fill up any form.

We immediately checked our system and, at this time, we couldn’t locate an iSpeedToLead account under the name shown on your review. It’s possible the account is under a different name or email. If you can reply here (or update your review) with the email address used for your iSpeedToLead account, plus any additional details (approx. purchase date, the type of leads purchased, etc.), we will be happy to reach out directly and do everything we can to resolve this.
Regarding the leads you mentioned:
If the leads you purchased were Cold Call leads: it can be normal for contacts to say they “didn’t fill out a form,” because Cold Call leads are not form submissions.
If the leads were PPC leads: those should be associated with a form submission/lead request. If they did not fill out a form, are not selling, or don’t match what was promised, we stand by our refund policy and those cases can absolutely be refunded once we review the order details.
Regarding the balance “disappearing” after two days: based on our Terms of Use, that should not be possible for a paid account balance. A paid balance can only be affected after six months of inactivity (no login), and the only balance that can expire within 60 days is bonus balance. If you have been logging into iSpeedToLead, your paid balance should not burn. And even in cases where anything expires, we’re happy to restore it as a goodwill gesture when we can verify the account and situation.
Please share the email on the account (and any order details), and we’ll investigate end-to-end and make this right.

I’ve been using ISpeedToLead for a year…
I’ve been using ISpeedToLead for a year and a half, and it has consistently delivered strong results. We diligently follow up with every lead until we receive a hard “no,” and on average we’re able to secure one contract per week from the leads we purchase.

I started using ISpeedToLead in August and secured 4 contracts in less than 45 days—one Exclusive Lead, two Active Leads, and one Sale Lead. YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE HOW THEY CLAIMED TO HAS FIXED THE ISSUE UNDER MY REVIEW FROM LAST MONTH. I have emails and emails of evidence proving my membership was cancelled in March, and more emails of them saying they fixed the issue again in September. Now I will be filing a complaint with the FTC, and taking legal action. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

They asked me to delete my reviews which is the only reason it was discussed at all. They claimed to have fixed this problem back in September only for it to continue happening. Anything regarding helping new customers is just another lie. This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. The fact that this is happening not even a month after my first horrible experience should tell you all you need to know. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ISPEEDTOLEAD THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
**response to the “billing context”**
1. If my account is deleted… meaning my personal information and credit card information, how is it possible for any subscriptions WITHIN that account to still be active? How would it even be possible for me to access that account at all for those subscriptions?? That quite literally makes zero sense.
2. “Human error” how is it possible after you guaranteed me my account was cancelled and that I would not be billed again. Direct quote from you in September, after the first time you stole $800 from me “I’ve also fully cancelled and blocked all subscriptions linked to your account, so there will be no further billing”. So, what you’re telling me is that someone went into my “fully blocked and cancelled” account, somehow found my deleted credit card info, and randomly charged me another $300 the very next month?? This is the most ridiculous lie you’ve told so far. Shame on you.
3. One click cancellation huh? Then why have I been charged $1200 after using that one click cancellation process? The process for me looked more like this:
1 One click cancelation
2 Email confirmation of cancellation
3 $800 worth of unauthorized charges
4 Contact customer service to stop your company from stealing more money from me
5 Lies from you about how my account has actually been deleted this time
6 Another $300 stolen from my “deleted and blocked account”
7 Get back in contact with customer service to stop your company from stealing more money from my “deleted and blocked account”
Seems like a lot of extra steps for a one click cancellation process.
You have fixed nothing. There are plenty of other customers in these reviews that have had the exact same issue with you scammers, where you’re literally just stealing money from people who have deleted their accounts. I will make it my personal responsibility to shut this shell of a company down. I have more than enough evidence to take serious legal action and will do so.
And if you’re so committed to owning your mistakes why do you keep asking me and others to take our reviews down?? Scared people will see the truth?? If you’re committed to owning your mistakes than stop trying to justify what you did in these review replies. Shut up.

During our conversation, you became belligerent, you repeatedly interrupted, used offensive language toward me, and hung up before I could explain the situation or provide a full resolution. Regardless of how difficult the situation is, my goal has always been to resolve the issue in good faith.
To clarify for full transparency:
- In March, your account was deleted. However, before the deletion, two active subscriptions remained uncanceled. At that time, our system did not automatically cancel subscriptions when an account was deleted, which caused billing to continue in the background. As soon as you reached out, we immediately issued a full refund of approximately $800. This was an extremely rare situation, and because account deletions of this kind are uncommon, the issue had not been identified prior to your case.
- Following this experience, we implemented a product change to ensure that when any account is deleted, all linked subscriptions are automatically canceled to prevent this situation from happening to others.
- Our platform also has a one-click cancellation option for each subscription, which ensures no further charges occur once a cancellation is submitted.
Mistakes can happen with any company or individual, what truly matters is how they’re resolved. From the moment we were notified, we acted quickly to correct the issue and provide support. Effective resolution, however, requires open communication and mutual respect, which unfortunately was not possible during our last interaction.
We take every concern seriously and will fully cooperate with any formal review or legal process to present the documented facts. Our team stands by our actions and remains committed to resolving legitimate issues professionally and in good faith.

- Your subscriptions are fully canceled, and all related charges have been refunded. I can promise that no further charges will happen at any point.
- When you emailed me about the most recent $300 charge, I responded within ~30 minutes and refunded it right away.
- The earlier refunds you referenced were also processed immediately at the time of our first conversation.
Regarding reviews: the only reason we mentioned an update in our emails is because you brought this up on our call. Our records reflect your confirmation that you would consider updating the review once the refunds you requested were issued. We never refund in exchange for reviews—we respect every client’s right to share their experience.
Additional context about the billing history
- In March, the account was deleted, but before deletion, you did not cancel 2 active subscriptions on your account. At that time, our system did not automatically cancel subscriptions upon account deletion, so billing continued in the background. As soon as you reached out, we refunded the full ~$800 promptly.
- The recent $300 charge was an unintentional human error, not willful. As noted above, we refunded it immediately upon your email and reconfirmed that everything is canceled and blocked from future billing.
- Based on this experience, we implemented a product change so that when an account is deleted, all linked subscriptions are now canceled automatically, preventing this from happening to other clients.
- Our platform has an easy one-click cancellation process for each subscription, which prevents any future charges.
