"Ischia Review" was excellent! WE received timely emails from our contact person- Dion. Kept us up to date on transfers- prior to pick up, email verifying pick up time, location, driver's name and phone.
Drivers were excellent- another helpful perk- pick up at Naples Airport (very busy there) and transport to ferry- driver even goes to ticket office for you, gets tickets, explains next steps- very helpful!!!

Nancy and I have longed to vacation in Italy but the difficult part was choosing where to go and what to do. I had been to Italy a few years earlier on a Mediterranean cruise and visited the key cities and enjoyed it a lot but we were looking for something more relaxing. Thankfully a family member had mentioned Ischia Island and we did our research. It was somewhat daunting when trying to coordinate flights to Rome, taking the rail to Naples, catching a ferry to Ischia and then finding how to get to our final destination. While doing our research we happened upon Ischia Review on line and all the answers were there. Not only did it coordinate our arrival and departure but their site offered and endless list of things to do, sites to see and places to dine. So I immediately emailed them and I received a quick response from Dion Protani. I had so many questions about connecting trains and ferries and Dion offered me the best advice and service that we could have asked for. All he needed to know from us was what day and time our flight was arriving in Rome and what day and time our flight was leaving. He took care of everything else. Peppe our driver who met us in Naples was waiting for us and quickly got us to the pier and then he hurried to get our tickets for the ride to Ischia. Once there another driver met us and took us immediately to our final destination. The same on the way back. The driver met us at our villa on the final day, got us to the pier for our ride to Naples and already had the ferry tickets for us. Ischia Review has a great staff and their website offers a lot of information. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I enquired about a transfer from Ischia to Praiano and Dion from Ischia Review delivered a flawless experience. His attention to detail was simply amazing. From pickup at our Ischia hotel, transporting our luggage, providing ferry tickets to Napoli and arranging a private driver to Praiano everything was absolutely perfect. Incredibly efficient company that made sure our trip to Ischia was a breeze. From pick up at Naples airport, to ferry tickets and meeting us at the other end (then the same coming back), they were absolutely brilliant. I have never known a transfer go quite as smoothly. Dion and his fabulous staff at Ischia Review took the daunting task of planning various modes of transportation to and from Ischia and Naples airport and made it an stress-free enjoyable visit! We were met at the airport and transported to the ferry dock, handed our ferry tickets, and driven to our villa upon arrival on Ischia. The drivers were professional and courteous! Dion was quick to respond to my questions and able to provide information regarding boat tours and other touring options. I would use this service again and highly recommend them.

We used Ischia Review for two different services. We had them pick us up at the Naples Train Station, provide transport to the ferry dock, purchase our tickets and then meet the ferry on Ischia and take us to our hotel. Not knowing Naples and the ferry system, booking this service for what we felt was a reasonable price took a lot of stress out of our day.

We also booked a full day boat tour of Ischia with a captain. Mario was our captain and was knowledgeable and personable. He made sure to linger so I could take the best pictures with my camera. A highlight was lunch at a waterfront restaurant where the restaurant sent a small boat to our boat to take us into the dock. Fabulous food, pleasant wait staff and an amazing view.

Ischia review (Dion) handled our private boat trip service in a professional manner. Our skipper was sick on the day we booked. However Dion organized a slightly bigger boat free of charge on another day of our choosing. Excellent customer service!

Our skipper (Vito) was fantastic! Spoke excellent english, and gave us a great tour of the Island. I can highly recommend Ischia reviews for anyone wanting high quality, reliable service for a reasonable price. Will definitely use their services in the future.

I booked a private boat tour for our party of 8 people and we had the most amazing day out with Ischia Review. I booked through Dion Protani and communication was excellent.
We spent the whole day boating around the whole island of Ischia with our skipper Luigi and our very knowledgeable guide Peter. The day was very flexible, we swam in the most beautiful clear waters off the boat, experienced swimming in a beautiful green cave (guided by Luigi), lunched at an authentic restaurant with delicious food along the way (Il Pirate), experienced swimming in hot natural springs and stopped in Sant Angelo to explore.
The boat supplied, towels, snorkeling equipment and refreshments and snacks all day.
For our 2 families travelling together, we all agreed how much we enjoyed our day and it was one of the highlights of our trip. We chose the Gozzo Perseo boat - the largest and there was more than plenty room for everyone.

We used Ischia Review to organise transfers for us from Naples Airport to our hotel in Ischia and vice versa.

Everything went extremely smoothly for a very fair price, with communication through excellent English.

When we arrived at Naples Airport a driver was waiting in Arrivals with our name on a piece of paper, despite the fact that a storm had caused our flight to be delayed by an hour. He drove us to Naples port and bought fast ferry tickets for us, all the while sheltering us from the rain with his umbrella. When we got to Ischia we were picked up by another driver and brought to our hotel.

The return journey went just as smoothly, with timely pickup at our hotel. The only difference was that the return journey also involved a porter at Ischia port who helped us with baggage.

All the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Having one company organise four drivers and two ferry rides made everything much easier than doing it ourselves, particularly on the arrival day when the storms had caused chaos in Naples.

We booked a speedboat tour around Ischia to celebrate our son's birthday. Dion at Ischia Review was really helpful and quick to respond to our initial queries, whilst booking was so easy to complete.

The tour itself was fantastic and our skipper Vito was really friendly and knowledgeable, taking us to some beautiful swimming spots and interesting caves and springs. The boat was well stocked with cold drinks, towels and snorkelling equipment.

Family Vacation in Ischia with 2 teenage girls. We rented a boat and Captain with Westcoast rentals, it was the highlight of our entire trip. My daughters said "BEST DAY EVER!" even after getting sunburn. (Which was no fault of the captain or Westcoast.) We had an amazing day on the water, swam in thermal pools, saw caves and grottos galore. We snorkeled and explored the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. My girls even tried sea urchin, although they much preferred the wonderful paninis we had for lunch. Gigi our captain was not only knowledgable but so accommodating. We could not have asked for a better day, even with the weather not being completely cooperative. Truly was a wonderful experience. Would recommend highly. Also WestCoast was easy to work with, we had terrific communication and easy instructions as to where to go and what to bring.

We had an amazing all day boat tour with Dario! He showed us SO many spots on the sea that we would have never found on our own - including thermal baths, areas where thermal bubbles are coming out of the ground underwater, cool rock formations, and amazing landscapes. He also catered the day to our interests throughout the day. As we were having so much fun swimming, he took us to the best swimming spots around the island, instead of stopping at towns and allowing us to walk around. He also told us so much history about the island and fun cultural facts. The boat we had was great - very well maintained, plenty of seating and different types of seating areas, a shower onboard to rinse off after swimming, floaties, snorkle masks, etc. We also had to change the day we did our boat tour due to the size of the waves on the sea. The company was very communicative and kept us apprised ahead of time that there was a risk we wouldn't be able to go out on our original date and was able to change the day we could go out based on our schedule. I would HIGHLY recommend this boat tour to anyone visiting Ischia!

We had a wonderful day . Would highly recommend.The booking was easy to make online with clear communication. We arrived to the pick up location a few minutes early Mattia was there to meet us. The boat arrived a few minutes later. It was straight forward to complete all the registration and boat checks . We then had the whole day from 10.15 hrs to 18.30 hrs . The boat was clean and well equipped with freshwater shower and cool box with ice . Mattia recommended beaches to visit , hot water springs and restaurants to stop at. We had a fantastic day and would recommend this company .

Only charged for the fuel that you use. We would have done another day if time allowed. Highly recommend.

After one week in Ischia we can confidently state that the private boat tour along the island was the highlight of our trip!

We booked the Gozzo Mario boat for a family of four and it was just perfect! What made the trip even better was our skipper, Vito, who knew Ischia like the palm of his hand and not only made us feel extremely safe but also shared the best of his homeland with us.

Throughout the day we had time to sunbath, to swim, to walk around Forio and Sant Angelo, see the Aragonese castle from the water and some of the most beautiful caves and thermal parks in the island. It truly gives you and amazing perspective of Ischia that would not be possible by car or by bus.

Also, from the moment we booked online, through the Ischia Review website, everything went smoothly and Dion was very quick to assist us with any questions. We also based our itinerary for the week off of the great tips they share in the website (where to stay, what to do, where to eat, how to get around) and had the absolut best time.
