I would to not even give one star. I stupidly ordered from this site without reading any of the reviews.

My item arrived on Friday 13/2/2026 and it was as a lot of the reviews state of poor quality but worse was broken in several places and unusable.

I as per their returns policy photographed the damaged item and sent several emails requesting a full refund.

I have as of today been offered ‘as a gesture of goodwill been offered a 30% refund and offered to keep the item or give to a friend’.

I have replied re requesting a full refund in line with their refund policy and have said I’m surprised by their suggestion of giving it to someone when it’s broken in several places.

I have on line with their policy offered if they provide free or pay for posting to return it and re requested a full refund.

As yet I have not received a reply but am more than willing to escalate the issue and have clear photo evidence of broken in several places good and as they say kept the original packaging.

Like the majority of reviewers I 100% agree don’t repeat don’t purchase anything from this rip off company they will take full advantage of you for sure you are unlikely to receive anything they advertise and you will not receive any refund. I have emailed the company at least 6 times receiving the same amount of emails back promising this and that but nothing ever arrives and like many others have given up and if you do receive anything and want to return the item you are responsible for paying all costs to deliver back to China what a surprise.

They also sell under the name Ausbury. What I thought I was buying was a pair of dentures with suction pads. What I received was totally different. Asked for a refund because not as described and was told I couldn’t because the item was personal

I ordered what I believed to be a full set of dentures, which were advertised as a full set, the picture shown was a full set and the video shown was a full set to fill the gums both top and bottom and to fit around the whole mouth. I received them but to my utter disappointment they were NOT a full set, but they only cover half of the gums both top and bottom. There was no upper plate to stick to the roof of my mouth either. Complete waste of money. Not as advertised at all. Please do NOT take any photos or videos as truthful because they are NOT. These people are only after your money. Do not purchase anything from this company. They showed real people with no teeth fitting these so called dentures straight onto their gums, eating hard fruits and foods. This is so not true. False advertising. I am so angry and frustrated. I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to be sending money to companies who lie and who are a complete waste of space

Don’t buy anything from them. They misrepresent the items in their advertisements which are nothing like what they say they are. And when you complain they fob you off. Don’t touch them with a bargepole.

I thought it was a UK Company but I ordered a bra crop top and it came from China. Unfortunately the sizing was so strange that it's unwearable - the shoulder straps about 8cm shorter than they should be. Terrible quality. A total waste of money. I wish I'd checked Trust pilot first!

A total rip off. I bought gel nail polish pens that are meant to dry without a UV lamp. 20 minutes later they still not dry. Can’t tell which pens are which colour. I’ve now found similar on Amazon for cheaper. Saw the advert for the pens and Isaberry on Pin interest. Avoid Isaberry.

Still waiting for my order weeks later. Emailed them and no response . Wont be going there again

Poor service. Initially responded to emails over concerns about delivery etc. soon the they stopped replying to my emails. The company is misleading and isn’t based in the UK. Avoid!!!

Nothing like the item ordered - item shown looked well made - the item received was nothing like it, cheap and nasty and just in an envelope - contacted customer services twice as no instructions with it (it was a bunion corrector - tried to follow the video I managed to find again but it wasn't the same product so it didn't make sense) - STILL waiting for a reply from a week ago which I am obviously not going to get reading all the reviews. Do not waste your money and buy from this Company - £25 wasted but lesson learned !

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered denture set 1st they sent to wrong address 2nd they told me it was my job to track down my package. The post office gave me address it was shipped back to and it was a company that not even associated with isaberry.uk.com. not offered a refund or replacement at all and ignored for weeks at a time until I got an email at 2:45 a.m that their team is looking into it!!! This place is a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered an outfit I wanted for a special event. Like others, I thought it was a UK based company but the item eventually arrived from Singapore, all screwed up in a plastic bag, cheap quality material and nothing like the picture and description. It arrived too late but there was no way I would have worn it. Now waiting for a reply from them regarding refund, which from reading other reviews I probably will not get.

Item took a long time to arrive and when it did, it was very poor quality. I have contacted them 3 times asking to return and get a refund. They have not responded.

I purchased the little robot dog for my granddaughter, I will never by online toys again. The product looks nothing like the advert online, the packaging looked like someone had open it all torn. I soon as I saw the toy I knew I had bought a cheap and nasty inport. The company should not be called Issabella of London, in it based in Singapore. I doubt I will even get a reply to my emails sent let alone a refund. Avoid Avoid.

Appalling service.
Faulty goods requested a refund and after approximately 10 emails they offered me 50% refund and keep the faulty item.
The item is poor quality and I don't want it.

Same experience as Sarah (5/12/25) Strongly advise you dont use Isaberry. Misleading website. Item was cheap tat and arrived in damaged box. Company originally offered 30% refund, then 50% when I argued. Could only get a full refund if I returned item to China....Terrible

I ordered the literary advent calendar (Reg price $120 usd; sale $59.98). It states:
-"Each of the 25 palm-sized classics (1.75"x2.25") is a delicate replica that captures original cover designs..."
-From the FAQ: "Are the books real, readable classics? Yes, the calendar contains 25 palm-sized classics from literary giants like Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, and Emily Brontë."

The images show hard-bound, miniature books, with gold tree-ties attached to each book. What I received:
-Poorly printed, miniature paper copies--no hard cover--100% paper with a hole punched in the corner.
-Out of the 25 books, only 3 have the proper spelling of the title and author.
-The tree-tie is an unattached string that you have to tie through a hole punched through the paper.
-The books contain only 3 chapters, and they are truncated.
-Obviously AI-designed, as the titles and/or author's names are completely incorrect, or illegible with a variation of incorrect letters and symbols.

COLLOSAL waste of money.

If I could have not put a star I wouldn’t. Terrible company the product I brought when it finally turned up after a couple of weeks not 3/5 days it was cheap and not fit for purpose nothing like the advertised product. I have been emailing for a week to return the goods for a refund they are ignoring my messages .DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Complete scam do not buy from this company. They advertised as .co.uk but are based in China. The items supplied are nothing like the advertised description and photographs. To get a refund you have to pay return postage to China. Customer care take 2 days to get back to you and will try and barter with you by offering a gift voucher for future purchases, then a partial refund but will not issue a full return.🚫 🚫

Another misleading rip off company!!! Stay away!! Misleading pictures ..not uk ..everything comes from China!!! After waiting for delivery (from China!!) Bottle not big enough to do a small car bonnet let alone a full car! Why can someone many websites get away with this false advertising,not disclosing ots actually Chinese rubbish!!!
