I’ve gradually been replacing household products with options I feel better about using and Sovely fitted naturally into that.

Sheets made a horrible weird fungus grow in my dishwasher. Asked for a refund in the 30 days. Company avoided responding and started charging me for a monthly subscription instead. Canelation on website doesnt work. I never signed up for that. Charging me for the 4 pack every month so thats 240 sheets per month thats enough for 6 months! Had to cancel my credit card. So angry. Thanks for all the time wasted and the product that doesn't work. So inconvienient dont touch with a barge pole.

I placed an order for these sheets, used them and they seem to work well.
I was happy with them till a few weeks later I received another order which I did not request.
With no customer service number, I have written them four times now notifying them and asking how to return. So far, not even a confirmation that they e received my request. Completely ghosted.
Now after checking, I guess I'm not the only one...
I'd recommend using any other company for laundry sheets.

I originally ordered these because I wanted to cut down on plastic bottles. I kept using them because they're genuinely more convenient than liquid detergent.

Do NOT buy! They make you have a subscription then I went into my account and clicked the Cancel Subscription button and it does nothing! So I emailed customer service on Sept 15th. 10 emails and 7 days later and they still refuse to cancel my subscription and just sent another order!! Bad company!

I honestly wish I had switched sooner. No measuring, no sticky detergent cap, and no huge bottle. I just grab a sheet and start the load.

Finally something that doesn't involve another giant plastic detergent jug. The sheets are easy to use, take up almost no room, and my laundry comes out fresh and clean.

I have sent multiple complaints -- No Response I am cancelling my subscription and will have my bank block them.

I saw an ad for detergent sheets for the clothes washer. As I began the order process, they kept offering more discounts for more of the product I needed. It had a 30-day money-back guarantee, so I thought it would be fine.

The package arrived with everything I had purchased, and I started using the sheets and found them okay—just adequate, not nearly as good as the ones they replaced. I thought, "I should return these for a money-back guarantee." That's when the chaos started. Next thing I know, I'm getting another batch of these things, the same quantity I ordered the first time, just barely 30 days later.

I soon discovered I had been unwittingly enrolled in a subscription plan and hadn't been notified in advance of the next shipment. I contacted the company and told them to cancel the shipments and return my money.

They would not. They told me I'd have to return the product to China, even though they shipped from a Florida address. I went to their website and saw that they have U.S. offices, but they still insisted I ship it back to China for a refund.

This company has engaged in deceptive practices with consumers, and I believe they should be shut down. I would never advise buying a product from this company because, before you know it, you can't get your money back, you can't cancel a subscription, and you can't return the product.

Please avoid this company at all costs.

They advertise how their product is natural and uses enzymes to clean fabric like no other!
It’s junk. I didn’t need to try it to know the chemical unnatural scent told the whole story!
When I asked to have my money refunded the offered 15%! That or pay for shipping back to China! Not even an offer to send a scent-free!

I am furious. I immediately asked to cancel the order because despite a promised discount the price at checkout was $ 49.90 for laundry sheets! It was supposed to be less than $ 15. According to the website if you ask to cancel a one time order within 2 hours it can be cancelled. But I was not given that option, just told it cannot be cancelled. It took 2+ weeks for the items to arrive, so what the bleep was so hard to cancel? Today another order was placed with NO announcement that a subscription order is about to be fulfilled, so no ability to cancel in advance. There was NO mention of a subscription in the ad I responded to and now they have IMHO stolen another $ 49.90. i have contacted again and we shall see, but this is now costing me twice in shipping fees back to them for something I never wanted to receive. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES ALL ROUND. I could not find an option to leave a review on their site, nor see any of the 300+ reviews they brag about. When the first order arrived I was knocked over by the strong unpleasant odor. I hope this prevents someone else having a stressfull, horrible, and costly experience with this company.

Auto subscribe is sneaky. I was charged for auto shipment eventhough I did not want a recurring purchase. I am in the process of trying to cancel the auto subscribe I never asked for, so I can not be charged another $54.00. Even IF the laundry sheets are incredible, this way of treating the customer is a big enough turn off that I will never buy from Sovely again.

I got an email saying I had ordered a second package of sheets though I had hardly used any of the first. I contacted them and they said I had selected a subsciption when I first ordered though I did not. The sheets don't do a very good job cleaning my clothes.

Terrible - avoid. They sent the wrong product then charged again a month later. I did not sign up for a subscription. Not even sure how to cancel.

Hidden subscription. I made an order for one package of their laundry sheets and I was very careful to make sure from the order page that was all I was ordering. A month later, I was informed that a new package had been shipped. They have not responded to my emails to cancel. They are based in a foreign country and have no customer support. Avoid this company!

I tried this product but was infuriated when I got billed again a month later. They sign you up for a subscription without your consent. Looking again there are words in the fine print but very hidden and never say subscription.
This is EVIL and not trustworthy. When I wrote to support they said something clever about people missing the detail, but still didn't say how I could cancel.
