Disappointing!
This company is based in the U.S. and rugs are shipped from there. I purchased a rug for $89. The quality leaves much to be desired in that similar quality rugs in NZ are way cheaper, averaging $20 - $30! Very disappointed. Be sure to check what's available in your own backyard before dealing with this company.

My first red flag was no…
My first red flag was no auto-confirmation of purchase. NZ family-owned business is crap, it's based in Switzerland. After chasing up what appears to be a delayed delivery, I was advised it's been delivered to a rural township with no address, instead of my Wellington CBD address. their notification had no live links to anything - totally pissed.

Very frustrated with this company so…
Very frustrated with this company so far. Purchased rug then got deliver documentation telling me it was coming from US - big surprise does not mention that on website at all. Have tried to contact them to find delivery times, not returned emails or answering their 0800 number, fingers crossed rug turns up and is what I ordered and does not take five weeks!!!
So frustrating when you think you are ordering via NZ website, was in stock.
If they only picked up the phone or returned my emails my experience could be better, but no they are not doing that.

Would happily order again
The rug is precisely as advertised, extraordinarily good value and arrived more or less on time (*NOT* iRugs fault that DHL sent it through Cincinnati twice; then Tokyo, enroute to NZ) - well impressed, considering that shipping was included. Wasn't bothered about checking the returns policy, but it now DOES make it perfectly explicit that you'd have to pay the freight back to the US. Not an issue in this case. Would happily order again from iRugs.
