Supplied faulty goods and the seller won't refund without returning the item to the USA at my expense. Returns cost from £47.00 - £188.00 for a rug costing £129.00. The seller is not in the UK as suggested by their website. Basically its a scammer getting rid of faulty goods.
If you are having a problem with this company you need to speak to you bank/ credit card and inform them what has happened. I would recommend pointing them to this review page on Trustpilot.
I would also recommend filing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. They can be found from a google search. I hope this helps others scammed by this company.

We were a bit worried when we saw the DHL tracking saying that the rug was leaving Cincinnati. We then went back and read all of the reviews. There were mostly negative. I can say that our rug came very quickly. The color was a bit lighter than we thought. My biggest complaint with iRugs is there payment options are a total joke. I would have preferred to pay by Rechnung (bill). Paying by Stripe is a bit amateur hour, in my opinion. Overall, it was a good experience despite the fact that this is an ecologically dirty transportation situation. Turkey to US to Switzerland.

I actually got scared after ordering because of some negative reviews here! My experience was really positive! The rug is beautiful, great for the money & super soft as they described. It arrived to Zurich within 5 days!

I ordered a small rug which was shipped timely and without problems. However the quality wasn't as expected so I asked to return the item. A full refund was processed as soon as they received my item I did however have to pay 30chf to return the item. Overall good service!

I ordered a Rug from this webpage. I was initially a bit suspicious - especially because of how few reviews they have here. But also because my bank blocked the transaction because they're located in Switzerland. Anyways, I decided to order regardless and the rug arrived a few days later. The quality is good and I liked the webpage.

Ik had een positieve ervaring bij dit bedrijf. Ik zocht een groot vloerkleed en kwam op deze website uit. Het zag er voor mijn gevoel best vreemd uit met prijzen in Zwitserse Franken en onduidelijk in welk land het bedrijf is gevestigd. Toch maar besteld en binnen 60 uur (!) was het vloerkleed vanuit de VS per DHL koerier bezorgd. Daar stond ik echt van te kijken. Het vloerkleed vind ik erg mooi. Ik snap dat niet iedereen het top-kwaliteit vindt. Maar daar is de prijs naar. Voor mij was het perfect. Tip: je kunt ook de prijs in euro’s betalen, maar in Zwitserse Franken is net iets gunstiger. Weet wat je wilt en kijk goed wat je besteld, dan is dit toch echt een aanrader.

I have noticed that there aren't many people taking their time to give reviews about irug, so I have decided to write about my experience. I came across the Website and I was extremely skeptical because I had never heard of them. So I took a risk and made my first order which was reasonably priced! I was extremely impressed at how quick it arrived, in a matter of days given that it ships from the states to Switzerland!!!! Unfortunately the rug was too small for my room,and I thought I was going to have difficulties in returning it back to USA! Again I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service when I called and I was told I could return it to a Zurich address by post or hand deliver it. I chose to hand return it and it was the best decision I ever made because I got to feel and see their other rugs and was given a personal consultation:).

I order again from irug which was dilevered to me 3days after, the quality was amazing, the rug beautiful and soft.

I am so glad I ordered with these guys.

If you decide to return in person, I hope you meet a lady called Ana she is really nice and knows a lot about rugs and patient too.

After reading the reviews I was a bit skeptical but decided to risk and I am really happy about my choice.
First I ordered a 6m long runner rug that arrived in about 5 days from the US to Denmark without any extra costs. It looks and feels great. I think for a price less than 200EUR you can't ask for more.
Then I decided to try one more time and ordered a colorful rug for the kid's playroom. It arrived even faster - in just 2 days from the US to Denmark. And again - without any hidden costs. And also this time it is of good quality and feels nice to the touch. No extra smells or so.
I can only recommend this site!

Hello zusammen.
Achtung bei einer allfälligen Bestellung !
Uns wurde auch der Teppich ( Runder 375er ) per Post zugestellt. Die Lieferung war zwar extrem schnell. Die Qualität ist ok.
Er war aber in einer Folie zusammen geknittert und gefaltet geliefert worden. Welcher vom Lager verschickt Teppiche zusammengefaltet ?!? Welcher ? Teppiche werden doch gerollt geliefert ?!? Die Falten bringen wir nicht mehr raus. Haben uns schon stundenlang mit Bügeln und feucht machen damit beschäftigt. E-Mail wird nicht beantwortet und das Tel. nimmt auch niehmand ab. Geschrieben wird zwar 24/7 für sie da. Ha ha !!! Nach dem Motto: Nach mir die Sinnflut !
Also, nach meiner Meinung Finger weg von einem Kauf bei dieser Firma mit einer solchen Lieferung-Art.

Having read the reviews on this site, I was rather sceptical but I believe in giving everybody a chance so I went and ordered a 'Kensington' rug measuring 320mm x 500mm.
I have just taken delivery of the rug from iRugs.ch and couldn't be more pleased. The parcel was well packed and delivered within the stated time scale.
My husband and I have unpacked it and just struggled upstairs with it and to be perfectly honest, we couldn't have wished for anything better. It is thick and very heavy.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use them again, which may be very soon.
I would just like to add that last night, I saw a programme on British television proving that people are paid to write negative reviews for competitors and can't help feeling that in this instance, this may well be the case.

Je voudrais féliciter l'équipe d'Irugs : tout est parfait : le tapis, conforme à la description et couleur (Afghan Ersari), est magnifique !
Le transport par DHL irréprochable : 5 jours depuis les USA jusqu'à Biarritz (j'ai attendu 2 mois une livraison venant de France !!!).
Je reviendrai sur ce site, c'est des vrais professionnels ! Bravo !

Bonjour,

J'ai commandé un tapis en solde à un prix défiant toute concurrence, il est de plusieurs couleurs et celles-ci sont conformes au descriptif et à la vidéo montrés sur le site. Suite à ma commande, j'ai reçu une une confirmation détaillée puis la livraison a été effectuée par DHL (3 jours ouvrables).
Par ailleurs le modèle est originale et introuvable ailleurs.
Je reviendrai sur ce site.

Produits de basse qualité et non conformes à la commande et au descriptif publié. Pas de reçu ni de facture, pas de certificat d'authenticité. Livraison par DHL, comme toujours lente et pénible ; de plus emballage déchiré et un tapis troué.

Before purchase I read a bad review about it company and I took the risk when made an order here. So, in the end i received super rug same what i ordered and it's came to me (to Switzerland) from USA already to third day from my order (it took just a weekend!). I am totally satisfied from service, quality and yes, nice price, i'll definetly back here!

Do not order from iRugs.ch if you live in the Netherlands. The company claims to be in Switzerland, but the rug suddenly gets shipped from USA – and DHL hits me with an extra 80 euro tax to pay, even though the delivery was supposed to be free. No idea where the rug is currently. I didn't believe reviews when I ordered and now regret it.
