I ordered a center fin for I rocker sup and received a side fin that I cannot use and when I tried to return it, was told I can't because it would cost $30.00 to ship it, which is ridiculous as it is small and weighs very little. So, now I am out ~$20.00 for a totally useless to me piece of plastic.

Very easy process to buy a board and other options. Shipping is extremely fast which means I got to use my new board sooner than anticipated!

I am trying to learn the situation of the shipment of my board that I purchased from EU website. I has been a week that being ordered, I just got the confirmation email and haven't get the shipment information yet. I already sent an email to irocker.info but the situation is still same. order US-262527
I wasn't able to order some extras from the EU website and I had to order them from the US website and it is frustrating that I have to pay serious customs and shipment fees. US-262529 & US-262626

The new stand alone pump that doesnt need a battery or plug in works excellent and is stronger than using the backup battery. Pretty much pumps the boards up as quickly as the normal pump being plugged into my truck.

The package was damaged and the cup holder is cracked.

Really easy to get started! However, I wish it came it a quick start instruction guide just to make sure I was doing everything correctly. First trip on the water was a great success!

I purchased the iRocker All-Around 10' paddle board in July 2022 and made countless great memories with it on the water with friends and family. The item shipped was not the item ordered.

The paddle board is awesome. The car pump is great! The inflatable kayak seat seems cool, but lacking instructions makes it a real pain…I still haven’t really figured out how to properly install it and can find no resources.

I was noticing a slow leak in my board and was trying desperately to find where it was coming from. I did the soap test on all of the seams and the valve. I never could find where the leak was coming from, until last Friday, I came down to the dock and noticed that it was significantly deflated.I also saw a complete seam failure of about 2 inches in length. I submitted a video to I rocker and Britney and Kyra were so kind in helping me quickly get it replaced. I was lucky that it was still under warranty.I was very pleased that a replacement came in four business days. I hope this one will last at least three years. Not sure go back to an inflatable in the future, but I am happy with the I rocker

We have tried several pumps and this is the only one that works great, and fast

The order was shipped and received promptly. However, the inflation device overheated at 3.89 psi rendering it useless.

Super fast ordering! I needed a new paddleboard and this package came with a new electronic pump that I also needed--which had burned up after 3 years of service. The entire process was super quick. I would recommend adding to the package the carrier strap that we used to be able to get. Otherwise. Great!
