Love the IRocker boards but this second one we just ordered cane with a missing paddle.

Fantastic customer support!! I was trying to use a discount code for healthcare workers through ExpertVoice but the code wasn’t working, and ExpertVoice had been unable to help me. I sent screenshots through the iRocker customer support form and had a reply <30 min later from Hudson. After some back and forth and troubleshooting, the code still wouldn’t work, so they provided me with my own code that provided the same discount price offered through ExpertVoice! I was very impressed with how quickly they replied and so happy that I was able to get the discount and purchase my new board in time for an upcoming trip!

I did not receive the backpack that I added to my order.

Rapid shipping, great product. One missing fin in the box. Wrote a short email to them, got an immediate response from someone who was really on the ball, and within 12 hours the fin was being shipped to me. Excellent customer service and great recovery from a small error.

First of all I love the products this is my third I rocker board and own many of the accessories. When my third board was delivered it was missing a fin. It did take several attempts for the company to respond. However once in touch they were outstanding. Not only did they send out a replacement they sent a great cooler for my trouble …. That is good customer service!!!

Brittany was amazing! She helped me figure out which SUP I wanted, and then was able to guide me through the delivery process and other questions I had, over multiple emails. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a good shopping experience with my hard board, and made me feel like part of the iRocker family. I highly recommend Brittany, and iRocker in general, for anyone who wants a quality product and outstanding service.

Working with Brittany was extremely helpful. I have two SUPs that were damaged (blown downstream during storm) and she provided me with many options for repairs. She was thorough and timely with her responses.

Received my two coolers and back up electric pump with the battery pack. Love the coolers, I have one for a gift for a fellow paddleboarder. Can't wait to use the battery pack.

We received our order quickly but, unfortunately, they sent the item in the wrong color. I notified them and they responded quickly and remedied the matter better than expected. The customer service was top notch!

Rocker always has good sales going on. I bought my new SUP bag because I needed a new one and I was able to get a really good one on sale. The purchase was easy. They shipped item quickly and I received it within a week. Great customer service.

Irocker does stand behind their products! We are going to purchase from them again, you won’t be disappointed!

Great pump but hard to get a replacement hose. Glad I could finally get one.

One of the reasons I decided to purchase from iRocker was their customer service reviews. Unfortunately my box came damaged and it resulted in cleaner spilling all over the contents. Fortunately I was able to secure replacement of the ruined products after sharing pictures of the damage. My only complaint is there was no way for me to call customer service to report the damage, and needing to wait for email communications has really delayed the process of getting a replacement. I’m currently on day 5 of emails, waiting for confirmation that my replacement will be fulfilled and shipped.

I purchased the cruiser for my very first board and I love it. There was a delay in receiving the paddle because the warehouse in Canada was out of inventory but once I received it I hit the water and loved the experience. My electric pump was stopping at 11 or 12 psi so I reached out to the company and they responded immediately and completed the warranty on my behalf and I am now waiting for my new pump to arrive. Even though there were a few hiccups along the way I would still choose irocker 100 percent because of the quality of the board and the customer service experience.

Amazing SUP! (iRocker All Around 11 ft 7.0) Super stable on the water; the deck is very comfy on the feet when standing; extra bungee cords on front and back are great for gear; the plethora of handles makes carrying and moving the SUP so easy. Make sure you have it inflated to the correct PSI; since my package came with the electric pump, you just set the desired PSI and the pump shuts off once the board is at that PSI. (Electric pump is so worth it!!) I had some questions regarding the warranty, and I received an email response pretty quickly. The YouTube videos from iRocker are also super helpful.

The iLand floats give us the perfect relaxing day on the water with our pups! It's so much fun lounging on the chairs with a cool drink and watching our pups enjoy playing in the water on the iLand without us having to worry about anything. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone with pups, a family, or even just a nice chill day on the water with no worries. Such a fun and relaxing time on the water!

Less than a month since received, only been on the water twice, and the surface you stand on is peeling. I keep the board in a garage while not in use.
I love my inflatable, but the hardboard is lacking quality.

Everything has been great…. The only suggestion I have is to warn the consumer that the air pump makes a loud noise when the gage arrives to 1 psi. That loud noise and the fact that the board LOOKS inflated made me think the inflating was done, which it wasn’t.
