They are helpful
They are helpful, professional, everything is on time, reliable and good manners. I was their client for couple years. Then I decided to claim in Revenue myself. And it was a nightmare. Not only I didn't get anything. Revenue informed me that I owe them nearly 700€. Communication was slow and didn't help with anything.
I decided to come back to Irish Tax Rebates and ask for help. And they helped me immediately. Solve the problem and get the money I should receive.

For me it seems the charge for the tax return was a bit excessive compared to work required. Would not use again.

I am sorry that you do not perceive value from our service but with a fee of just 10% plus VAT (12.3% in total), or a minimum fee of €25, our costs are not excessive.
Many clients appreciate the peace of mind that our service provides in that their tax returns are up to date and compliant, but of course it is possible to do this yourself if you are confident with the Irish Tax system.

I was sble to speak with Jenny, a person who knew about her job. Very caring and professional in her approach with me. She was very thorough in her search, and got me a refund in only a few weeks. There were a few problems along the way, but she kept me informed. I would defenitly recommend irish tax rebates, as a first choice for anyone that needs help with your taxes.

Thanks for the feedback, but I can assure you that we have no intention of charging additional fees for claims that were submitted correctly. Indeed our preference is always to submit one claim per client, although on many occasions we are not supplied with all the necessary details in a timely manner, so multiple claims do need to be made.
Thankfully this usually still only results in a percentage fee being charged and so there is no loss to the client.
If we have inadvertently charged you minimum fees for the one claim, then I will certainly look into it for you, and refund any overpayment that may have occurred.
