Our recent trip to Barcelona with Irish Rugby Tours exceeded my expectations. It was so well managed which ensured that it ran so smoothly. The accommodation was perfect with so much on offer that boredom just never entered into the equation. The lads had an absolute ball. I have already shared my experience with work colleagues who are also involved in their local rugby clubs and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Raymond is a gentleman and an absolute professional. I look forward to our next trip away. We will be on it. Best of luck.

Finchley RFC U13s tour to Dublin 2022 was an unbelievable trip brilliantly organised by Irish Rugby Tours and expertly guided by the fantastic George Hook the boss who stayed with us the whole time showing great patience and humour. Post covid and with the Ukraine war we had issues pre tour with the hotel being requisioned and the Terenure tournament being reduced from 2 days to 1 but George found us a better hotel and a fixture for the Sunday at Athy. We eon the whole tournament and the match. The coach was always on hand and George was there first thing in the morning till after dinner. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thanks Irish Rugby Tours and George.

Went on tour to Belfast had a great weekend the tour guide was brilliant the hotel was lovely,it was a great weekend overall and the kids enjoyed it to most important

As with all tours, the organising can be painstaking. Raymond took the pain out it. Patient and diligent. We got exactly what we were looking for in the end. And everything ran to perfection on tour. Our guide Hugo was exceptionally pleasant and organised and really made the trip a pleasurable one.

Also the payment platform is extremely convenient.

U15 rugby tour to spain was a huge success. The facilities and the timetable were excellent balancing free time, Rugby and other attractions. One thing to be mindful of is that Rugby in europe is on even ages so would be best to bring teams of U14, or U16 to ensure a similiar opposition

Irish Rugby Tours went above and beyond ensuring that we would have the greatest time of our lives. The Kansas City Blues were set to tour in March of 2020, the day before we departed COVID shut the world down. George worked tirelessly to keep us up to date on what was happening and our ability to travel. For 2 years George helped us navigate the chaos of the pandemic until finally we were cleared to travel and play rugby in March of 2022. We were greeted by our tour guide Paul in London right when we landed and he was with us the entire trip pulling all the strings to make every detail of the trip superb. We stayed 3 days in Cardiff, 3 days in Galway and 3 days in Dublin. Each city we had great transportation to wherever we needed to go and had beautiful, comfortable accommodation. We had fantastic experiences at each rugby club and all the tourist activities were arranged and organized so well that there was a great balance of free time and scheduled exploring. Irish Rugby Tours is professional, fun, organized, understanding, and gives the absolute best experience that money can buy. The Kansas City Blues will forever cherish the tour George and Irish Rugby Tours planned for us and see Paul as an honorary KC Blue for life. Thank you Irish Rugby Tours for the trip of a lifetime.

A brilliant tour from start to finish. George and all at Irish Rugby tours were excellent to deal with from the outset and really left no stone unturned to make sure that we had a memorable time for everyone that toured.

Experience in Scotland was amazing!! Andy make the trip so fun, easy, and informative, and the drivers were very impressive. I wish all of my trips in the future had them around!!

Such a great experience- I’ve been to Edinburgh before and seen/done some of the things on our tour, but having a group to hang out with and a guide to tell me the extra details, the true stories and the things I was too lazy to truly research was amazing! Our trip to Oban and Glasgow were just as great. Getting the low-down on best pubs, best fish & chips and the place to get some supplies (it was a rugby trip after all) couldn’t be beat. Finding great drivers and a guide was something we could have done, but honestly, knowing that Irish Rugby Tours could do it all for us and guarantee that it was top-notch wasn’t something I have time for. The team at Irish Rugby Tours were responsive to our questions and suggestions and also anticipated our needs before we could think of them.

This was our second tour with IRT. They planned an amazing array of both rugby and non-rugby experiences for my collegiate women's side. We had 3 amazing coaching sessions with international coaches, and 3 great games with local teams. Our tour guide made Scottish history and culture come alive, and we saw many historic sites. The tour kept us busy and entertained, and was life-changing for many of my players. George Hook is the most wonderful and communicative fellow to work with, and he makes sure you are 100% taken care of. We're planning on another trip with IRT since both of our tours with them have far exceeded all of our expectations.

We had a very good tour to the Eclipse Centre in Co. Kerry. The students were kept active throughout the weekend stay with activities such as kayaking and team building. In the evening time the students played games such as table tennis and we also sat around a bonfire telling stories.
The food was of good quality and the staff were always more than willing to help out. The accommodation was a combination of dorms and houses which were all of a good standard.

My son just toured Italy with the Marin Highlanders rugby club. He said that it was the most amazing experience of his life. Everything was very well planned and communicated with a detailed itinerary of each day's activities/meals/accommodations, so as a parent it was nice to know what was happening from afar. The trip included a wonderful blend of historical/cultural experiences, rugby games against local teams, special coaching opportunities, attending professional games and also offered plenty of free time for the kids to explore local areas on their own.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was for my son's team and am grateful for all the hard work that went into planning this trip.....especially during a pandemic. It was seamless. A huge THANK YOU to everyone at Irish Rugby Tours!!

We try to do an international tour every other year. Irish Rugby Tours has been handling our tours for close to 10 years and they do a fantastic job. Unlike American Football or Basketball we coach a sport that most of our players do not watch on TV. A lot of our players have never seen what rugby played at a high level looks like. Our goals are pretty simple- Have Fun, Get Better and become a Student of the Game. In an 8 day period the boys played 3 games, (1. U.S. Primavera-Rome, 2. Firenze Rugby 1931-Florence, 3.Villorba Rugby-Treviso), had 2 training sessions with professional coaches and were able to watch two matches. The Italian U19 teams provided excellent competition and memorable 1/3 half socials afterwards. When you combine this with sightseeing and historical tours of three of the most beautiful and historically influential cities in western history, it's hard to see this as anything but a big win for the boys.

The Italy trip was the exact right catalyst to create the cohesiveness our team needed. The team grew immensely closer and our chemistry transferred directly into our games. It is awesome to see how the team has changed since we’ve returned, there is a huge difference in our intensity and engagement levels during practices and I can’t wait to let everything we’ve learned loose during our next games. It was amazing to see and experience just how much rugby means to people in other countries and to be able to feel a part of that. We were either touring or playing rugby the entire trip so it was also a huge test to our mental toughness because each day was a grind. But it felt rewarding and special to go through those long days, then get to play a rugby game and finish the day with a meal next to your opponent’s. IRT took our Varsity team on a trip of a lifetime. They played three matches with incredibly talented U19 rugby teams, visited Rome, Florence and Venice, saw monuments and historical landmarks and bonded as a team for life. Cannot recommend enough! Can't wait to travel with this organization again soon!
