Ordered a set of earbuds. €39.99. I didn’t expect Bose, beats or Apple quality but what I got was Temu quality. Don’t buy anything from these gangsters. It’s just a scam website….. A complete waste of time and money.

Total scam. Keep away. Ordered a drone was on sale for €130 they send me a Temu €10 worth drone.

ordered a heater. No sign of it despite a mail being sent (over 2 weeks ago) saying 4-7 days delivery. I think its still in China

If I could give no stars I would. This company is SUPPOSED to be an Irish Company. Look at the photo all the wording etc etc. Fast TRACKED delivery by AnPost. Its coming from China. I am trying to get a refund. The more people are made aware of this the better. It also states it only delivers in Ireland. BEWARE..

Scam. Just like everyone else got scammed. Though it was a Irish website. But it's not. It's a Chinese scam website. Been nearly 3 weeks now ordered a watch thinking I would have in 2-5days. Very disappointed that Google still has website up. If you want a watch go stick to legitimate Irish websites.

Id give no star if I could, got scammed! learnt my lesson 150 euro gone, won't get it back, I have tried! for some cheap humidifier I could of got received from shein or temu for probably way better quality than what I received from Ireland depot, don't order anything online without researching properly first.

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! from this CHINESE company called, IRELANDEPOT. FAILED to deliver product, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, prolonged exchanges via email clearly automated responses, no phone number to contact them. TOTAL SCAM

Ordered a action com from them. The quality was very poor. Asked to return it as per the 30 day return policy, and had to request a return slip as their was non with the package as per their website. I eventually got a e-mail from them with return instructions, to a address in China.

This was 28 August 2026. Followed up a few times, but they keep say the tracking they have shows it has not arrived yet, so they cannot issue a refund. Do believe that should not effect the refund. The customer has sent it. as per there policy. If it gets lost then why does the customer need to cover the cost. Ireland want people to support local. This does not help trust in local business. Believe Companies like this with this bad reviews should really be looked into by the consumer law of Ireland

We purchased a smart watch last month, and from the beginning it was faulty — it would not accept a SIM card at all, making it unusable for its main purpose.
We contacted customer support immediately, but instead of resolving the issue, we were met with repeated delays and vague excuses. After weeks of back-and-forth, the latest message from customer service states that they will not provide a refund, despite the fact that their own website clearly promises a refund or replacement within 30 days.
This experience is extremely disappointing and misleading. When a company advertises a clear refund policy and then refuses to honour it for a defective product, it seriously undermines trust. At this point, the behaviour feels deceptive and raises serious concerns for anyone considering a purchase.

I ordered items thinking that it is an Irish distributor but then realised the goods are to be shipped from China. Totally misleading and not expecting much in terms of the product ... if it ever arrives. Seem to be a scam operation and avoid.

I received something similar but a lot cheaper than what I ordered and I have sent them at least 20 emails and they have not responded to any of them good luck trying to get a reply or refund from this company

I bought a hoover for €79.99. Hand held for cleaning the car. I think that they just hoovered up my money. 2 months later. 🤷🏻‍♂️ not a word from them.
Must learn not to buy anything while on a high stool in a bar. Bad idea..

Just to update. Now waiting 3 months. No hoover. No refund..😡. Fraudulent company. Don’t get sucked in. They will hoover up your money..

Very very poor. Bought a product and took 2 months to be deliver and 8 emails to get sorted. Product arrived and is cheap chinese product with no CE marking(should be on every electronic product)with non eu plug. Will not use this website again and will not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE bought a lamp for 40e it took over 3 weeks to arrive and its a small badly made of plastic they call themselves ireland depot which they are not they are in china they say anpost express when its fastways delivering SCAMMERS very very misleading be warned

3-7 days they say it’s been 2 weeks the parcel hasn’t moved once on the tracker and they are yet to reply to my email, “irelandepot” yet it’s from china scandalous behaviour avoid at all cost!

I bought a watch for 39.99 . The moment I saw it I knew it was worth much less and I couldn't get it to work. I emailed asking for return address but was offered 20% back. I refused and they offered 40% which I also turned down. (By the way, there was no return label in the package and took over 2 weeks to arrive.) I returned the watch by post at a cost of €9.70. I suspect the address they provided was false. I'm sure I cannot get any further with this and can only put it chalk it down to experience. An absolute scam .
