Disappointing!
I am reading the reviews and sadly, I believe I am one of them now. I have paid a good amount for the artwork and upon contacting, there is no response on any of the provided platforms. It is very disappointing and worrying. They should either shut down the website if they are not able to keep up with the orders or take down the payment channels so the customers’ money does not go through. This whole experience feels worse because of the nature of merchandise they are selling.

They are a scam. They take your money and do not send you the order. You can call them by any platform and there’s no answer.

Horrible business. It is a scam.
Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Over the past two weeks at least, I've emailed them several times, called them DOZENS of times, sent messages via Facebook, even asked a relative to call their US phone line, but there's no reply. In fact, on two occasions, my phone calls via WhatsApp were declined. In short, the customer service is not just utterly horrible, it is NON-EXISTENT. As I purchased via PayPal, my money is secure and PayPal will refund me. Deeply shocked that Muslims running a business of this nature would behave in such un-Islamic and unethical manner. SHAME ON YOU BESIM/IRADA ARTS.

Disappointed
This is my second time purchasing from Irada and this was not a good experience. All of the decals stick to the transfer paper. Getting them off and onto the wall is not smooth or easy at all. Last time I had zero problems and I followed the instructions exactly both times. I’m very dissatisfied with the look and quality this time.

Irada Arts company
Irada Arts left us disappointed. We paid over $1,600 for the concentric metalwork. We have reached out by email, phone calls, left text messages now for the past 6 months. We did not hear back. We have not received our product or our money. We were trusting Besim as he is a fellow Muslim, saddened at this outcome. Any suggestions?

The artwork had major glitches in it…
The artwork had major glitches in it and the company made no effort to address my problem. I communicated via 2 e-mail addresses with follow ups and a what's app number, but no luck.
No other form of communication was available as I could see. Will not be dealing with this company in future untill an effort is made to communicate back with me to redress the major issues.

I am very disappointed as it’s been 4 months I have paid for my artwork & haven’t got it. While ordering the time frame mentioned was 4 weeks. I tried messaging to check the status but no one even responded back. It is absolutely unprofessional way of business.

I'm sorry that it was difficult for you to read the smallest print. This is one of the most detailed artworks ever and some of it was meant to be only read at a close distance, although all significant information is still legible from a distance (e.g. "Isra & Miraj", "Farewell Pilgrimage", etc.). You ordered the smallest version of it which is the most difficult. We generally only recommend that size to people who
a) can't fit the larger sizes in their home
b) can stand in front of the artwork without something in their way (e.g. a couch) and
c) who have very good eyesight. Most people can read the smallest text without a magnifying glass even at this size.
If you prefer to exchange for a larger size, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help you out.

After waiting from 4 months
After waiting from 4 months, I only received a decal but not the other steel artwork worth hundreds of Euros. what upsets me most is that there is no response whatsoever from Irada or its founder to call, emails, messages, Facebook, Linkedin ... So disappointing and I will never order anything with Irada anymore.

I have purchased from this company many…
I have purchased from this company many times, years ago. I don’t recognize this company now. They took my money in September 3, 2022, said they would do custom/bespoke work. I went months with no contact and then I’m sent an item done incorrectly. It’s April 29, 2023 and I bought three custom pieces I am out of my money and I have no product and NO EMAIL OR WHATSAPP OR SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSE.
